Very good service , nice description , To me well worth the purchase. I did not want to buy the camera when it was at it full price but to be able to obtain a very good used version made sense .
Manchester Branch always has the customer First and gives confidence with purchases.

Lens was like new and at a good price. Received it the day after ordering (despite it being a Saturday), very well packaged - boxed and with plenty of bubble wrap - by the staff at the Manchester store.

This is the way buying used camera stuff should be!

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Orders are always dispatched quickly and arrive the next day. I bought a used Nikon camera and it is almost like new. I am very pleased.

I can't praise the team in the Manchester store enough. I have bought several cameras and accessories from this store after wandering in a couple of years ago as its near my workplace.

I usually end up speaking to Dave who remembers me when I go in and he is happy to help with my questions and suggests things that will help me enjoy photography. No pressure sales at all and the people here clearly know their beans so it's a pleasure to go here and see what I want next. Stores like this remind me why online or more generic outlets aren't great to buy from as LCE clearly have the passion and know how to help anyone get the best for for their requirements.

Brilliant service, very quick postage, delighted again with shopping at LCE.

Saw a Fuji lens I have been after for a while on LCE website. Was very good value. I ordered it at 2pm one day and it was delivered on the dot 9:30am the next day. I had a similar experience a year ago with LCE. Can’t fault them. Also the lens, if anything, was in a better condition than the description so I was very pleased.

Decided to sell my camera equipment. So i filled out the quotation form , and received a quote from the Manchester store.
The quote was quite low, and after a lot of back and forth communication i finally accepted the offer.
I was asked my full name and address and preferred pick-up date. Which i provided. I also asked the question, do i need to securely package these items? (i assumed i did) , and is the postage already paid for? (i assumed it was).
No reply, i waited in the house all day on both the days i suggested for pick-up, with the items packaged ready. No-show, and still no reply.
So now they have my name, address, email, phone number. Perhaps that was all they was after. As i cannot fathom what else they were doing.
Pretty bad experience really. (I ended up selling the equipment for a better price elsewhere, with no issues)

Easy to order required item (Canon 2x Extender) which was delivered quickly and well packaged.

Competitive pricing, easy to order and good delivery service.

The only issue was that because I don't use Pay Pal and paid using a credit card, you would only mail the goods to my registered address and not to the address I needed it to go to at short notice. This caused my granddaughter some inconvenience.
