Equipment in superb condition - far better than expected. Ist lot - personnel very attentive up to purchase point then total silence - presumably job done now sod off! 2nd lot the packaging was made up of old newspapers stuffed into a cardboard box which was unbelievably amateurish - I wouldn't have returned let alone sent an item like that. What happened to bubble wrap - too expensive and eating into profits? Shame really because the kit appeared to be in really good condition. Apart from the kit the rest of the service including some of the emails was second or rather third rate and very disappointing. Whatever happened to customer service?

Quick and easy transaction, fast delivery, camera boxed as new......Very pleased.

I've only ever used LCE for my camera gear. They are an old school, hands on camera shop, full of helpful, knowledgeable staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy your needs. I've had some great deals from them on new and used gear and i cant recommended them enough

Bought a second hand lens online which arrived less than 24hrs from ordering and very well-packaged. After testing the lens decided not quite the lens for me so requested a refund. The Manchester staff could not have been more helpful - processed the receipt of the lens and arranged a refund within a couple of hours of receipt. I've bought from LCE previously and similarly they were v helpful. Will certainly use LCE again - customer service and whole buying experience is excellent.

Telephone conversation was thorough and reply to questions I asked were very clear. When the camera arrived it was exactly as I was told, plus it arrived promptly. Very pleased.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Registered my interest in a Fuji X100vi and got a call the next day to say they've got it in stock and it was with me within 48hrs.

My journey with LCE started at their Oxford store where Elliot helped me figure out what lens I needed for my camera. He was helpful and then showed me the lens I wanted was available at their Manchester store. I went away and did a bit more research and decided to get the one he suggested. It's the in person aspect of this whole process that I loved the most. And the lens came super quickly and was an easy process. I'd hands down recommend them to anyone wanting to get their photography products from.
