I’ve used the Newcastle branch many times, and with good reason.. the staff are experienced photographers, knowledgeable and helpful.. they genuinely care.. highly recommended 🙂

I was after a good secondhand canon lens at a reasonable price and I seen this one which was the cheapest, I have used the shop for years and knew that the equipment would be of good quality.price and service were fantastic also delivered fast and well packaged

I bought a Mamiya C330 and it has performed exactly how I would expect it too. The price was good for the many examples I have seen in the past. The buying process was very simple and I received the product the next day. Excellent service

Excellent service and very accurate description

A great service, I found a second hand Canon EF 2X III Extender, that I was told later had only just come in to the shop, and ordered it, albeit after 2pm so it wouldn't be next day delivery.
The extender arrived 2 days after, and in great condition, just as described, and worked perfectly between my R6 Mk III and EF 100-400 IS II USM lens (with adapter EF adapter of course).
I even had a call from the shop the day after, to check that everything was OK, as they'd found their delivery courier had just left the item on the doorstep without ringing, always a concern in this day and age.
I cannot fault the guys from the Newcastle branch of LCE, thoroughly recommended! Thank you.

Staff in the shop were very polite and also explained everything clearly. The lense that I have purchased was very easy to order on line from their Southampton branch once the Newcastle branch had organised everything, and it arrived the following day. It is in better condition than I was expecting, and is very easy to use. I can not thank London Camera Exchange staff enough. I will certainly use them again if I require any more camera equipment.

DPD were unable to find my location on the day I gave them. Other than that LCE kept me advised of DPD short coming.
The initial date of the 15/6 I had a prior engagement, so I reschedule from the 18/6 that`s when things went wrong.
I received it today22/6 in the time slot.

The staff of this company are efficient, very knowledgable and very friendly.

Got a second hand 24-105 Canon lens online. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and kind. Delivery was really quick too, and the lens is in great condition! As someone building up a camera kit for more advanced photography, my experience has been great - there's no stupid questions, there's respect for price range and staff are so informed. I buy all my gear through LCE in various locations and have never had any problems. Highly reccomend, both the people and the products!!

I was given a good valuation for my drone then sent it down from Newcastle to find out they had given me the wrong quote. After an increase in the valuation I accepted it.very fast turnaround. I am happy with the deal not checked out my scope yet though. I would just like to add that the Newcastle branch went above and beyond customs service even though they made nothing from the deal even offered to meet me to give me my item . All in all really great company to deal with. Well done all!

I purchased a RF35mm lense from Newcastle branch and I live in northampton. From the purchase to receiving my lense everything was smooth. I was kept updated from goods leaving the store to DPD receiving the goods and then a time it would be with me which was the next day before 1pm. No faults and a great company
