I am 67 and have been taking photos…
I am 67 and have been taking photos since I was 7. In those 60 years I have used and owned a huge number of cameras and lenses and have bought and sold kit from a fair number of shops. For no specific reason I had never used London Camera exchange until last week when I bought an open box Sigma 16-28mm L mount lens. I was so impressed with their service that I went on to buy a Sigma 24-70 and a Sigma 70-200. The prices were great and the service was exemplary. I will be back!

Good communication
Good communication and understanding, patience in dealing with my questions (and error) is a plus for customer service. A fair px value against a used item, which was even better condition than advertised. Would I use again? Certainly.

Excellent service and product
This is not the first time that I have purchased a used item from London Camera Exchange (LCE). Every purchase has been the same, the product has been as described and the speed of delivery also timely. I would purchase from LCE again !!

Highly recommend for great service
I pre-ordered a highly sought after Sigma lens for Fujifilm, they were able to procure and ship one much quicker than any of their competitors. Great communication along the way and super helpful folk. Will be shopping here again.

Exceptional service from the staff at Nottingham branch and Jason at Exeter - thus enabling me to benefit from the offers available on this fantastic lens.
Jason sorted me out with a UV filter too and put it in the same parcel; and Nottingham found a suitable carrying bag for me. I was up-and-running in no time.

I bought two lenses
I bought two lenses, separate transactions and they phoned to make sure I actually wanted two lenses and hadn't accidentally made a duplicate order. The customer service throughout was above and beyond - really friendly, customer focused and kept me informed at all stages. Knowledgeable, understood what I was asking for and why and was able to organise the purchase and delivery in a very short space of time.

Was a very good experience but lens was fogged up…
Was a very good experience but the lens arrived freezing cold so when I opened the box it instantly fogged up completely, I know this is user error but maybe a mention in an email or on the box to help with that as I wouldn't want any damage right after opening it.
