Great customer service. I ordered from two different stores, my order arrived in one delivery. Very helpful over the phone and friendly. Cannot choose more than one store in the review but both Nottingham and Chichester teams were great!

The prices are competitive, they offer great support. You don’t have to worry about warranty issues like with Amazon stock (that very often is grey import).

Issues with DPD delaid the order. But once delivered, the item was superb. Sony FE 24-70mm f4 lens. Packaging was excellent and the lens was as described. Thank you, once again.

I was delighted that my new camera was dispatched quickly - in fact it was on its way within 30 minutes of me placing the order! It arrived well-packed and I will enjoy using it.
It would have been 5 stars but for the fact that DPD kept telling me there was an unexplained delay, and so it was 6 days before it arrived.

Very efficient service. Unfortunately wrong filter size sent with lens purchased. I highlighted this and emphasised frustration as lens and filter purchased for a holiday setting off on within 2 days. Correct filter arrived next day!

I recently purchased the Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 DC DN Contemporary lens, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and the lens arrived quickly and very well packaged.

Traded in a canon lens as part payment towards Nikon binoculars. The process was flawless from arranging pick up of the lens to receiving the binoculars. Took camera in to asses for repair. Staff kindly pointed out the 'user error' in that the focus was set on manual and not auto! All done with kind words of understanding and free of charge. Perfect.

Searched for a particular camera which was out of stock everywhere, when LCE received stock immediately ordered one which I received within 3 days. Was kept informed as to where the camera was at every movement and it was delivered within the time slot given.
Good service, would use LCE again.
