London Camera Exchange - Plymouth レビュー 

I have purchased from the Exeter branch in the past, and my comments apply to them as well. I recently sold various surplus photographic items to the Plymouth branch, and bought another camera in part exchange. The staff were helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process, over the phone and in person. Thanks particularly to Jacob, who was my main contact. The separate recent online purchase process from Exeter was prompt and straightforward with rapid delivery. I recommend the London Camera Exchange unreservedly in both respects.

We have a shop, fairly local to me, and so I initially sought advice from them. Very thorough and mindful of experience of user, cost to buyer etc… and explained to me how the buying from another shop system worked. I then went online to request a camera from the Plymouth shop, and received the link to do this immediately. Process was simple and the camera arrived two days later, in great condition.

Plymouth LCE's respose was almost instantaneous. I had the lens in my hand a day, 150 miles away, after less than 24 hours. It was perfectly wrapped and protected so I had no doubt about the delivery or that the lens reached me as it had left the shop.

I took my ageing Nikon DSLR camera and lens into your Plymouth branch with a fault in the lens, your staff were very helpfull and recommended a second hand replacement for the lens which they said was the cheaper option. They did not have the 24 mm-120 mm in stock, and found one at your South hampton branch which I bought on line. It arrived last Saturday at my home address. I am very gratefull for your service as a keen photographer with the advice you gave me which saved me a lot of money not having to buy a new lens, they are not cheap.

Mike was extremely knowledgable, helpful, honest and patient when we came to buy our first camera. He took time to answer our newbie questions in a way we understood. They also have a great aftercare system whereby customers can drop in for any later questions they have, or need to solve any tech confusion.
There was no pressure to buy, nor did Mike up-sell us.
