Speedy processing by Southampton branch of my online order and excellent help/advice on accessories from my local Exeter branch where I was able to exchange one accessory for a more suitable one.

Great price and communication.
Great price for the lens I ordered on line, and one of the few retailers who seemed to have it in stock for delivery.
I received emails keeping me up to date with which branch it was being sent from, and then from DPD on delivery time.
Arrived when they said it would.
Overall it was a perfect purchasing experience.
