Great service, quick response and delivery times

I contacted the Taunton Branch as I was looking at part exchanging a DSLR lens for one with a longer reach. Having spoken to Rob the deal was done. I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process with the lens arriving to me the next day.
I have done quite a lot of business with the London Camera Exchange and I can honestly say I have had nothing but excellent service and advice.

I ordered a used FujiFilm lens on Saturday from the Guildford branch but received a call from them on Monday saying that the lens had already been sold on the Sunday. While that was disappointing, they offered an alternative lens which was available at the Taunton branch for the same price. I accepted the offer and the lens was dispatched on Monday and I received it on Tuesday afternoon. I am very pleased with my purchase as the lens appears to be “as new”.

A quality used product, described accurately and priced fairly, with fast well packaged delivery, what more could anyone ask for. Excellent.

They have a physical shop to try the camera out aided by helpful staff.
Then when I ordered it online it arrived quickly and was well packed for the journey.

It was a real pleasure to visit a shop with staff who knew their products well and gave me enough time to make a rational decision on a used camera and lens along with a few extras. Such places are increasingly rare.

The Taunton branch gave excellent service in the advice and despatch of a suitable used camera.

Taunton LCE Staff are always helpfull and willing to give a fair exchange price, this service I have used many times, and never with a negative comment about Items I am changing from - to. !!!
