Meet The Team: Tony, Manager - Clocking up 38 years for LCE, has a passion for binoculars & telescopes. Ben, Assistant Manager - Has been at LCE since 2011. A passionate about landscape photographer has recently taken up street photography. Josh - Joined LCE in 2015 and loves producing excellent still life images. Alfred – Has been with LCE since 2019 and has a keen interest in both wildlife & people photography, he also enjoys shooting on film. I part exchanged some of my camera equipment for an OM SYSTEM OM-3. My equipment was picked up from my home by DPD, and within a few days my camera equipment had been inspected by LCE Winchester, a deal done, and DPD were delivering a mint condition OM-3 to me. Excellent service. Thank you.

Great service as always from LCE. No1 goto shop for camera equipment. Whether buying brand new or used just excellent service. If used equipment, which they rate as 5* then it is. Emails and phone calls all the way until delivery. Why shop else where. Good delivery service from DPD as well. Can't fault our guy at all.

Used Camera and Lens Purchase
The used camera and lens was priced competitively. Following an online query, information was promptly provided about the camera prior to my visit to the shop. The operation of the camera was explained and I was able to try the camera before purchasing (which would not be possible online). A similarly priced new camera was proposed as an alternative.

I love my Kodak charmera and it arrived so so quickly in time for my trip, thank you! Great value for money. Great service and great packaging. Worth advertising a bit better that this needs a memory card - I missed that.

Great purchase and post purchase experience
I purchased a camera from the Winchester branch and got a good demo and an opportunity to try it out, staff were friendly and helpful. I had an issue post purchase which I contacted the head office team about, they listened to my concerns and resolved the issue. I am genuinely impressed with the customer service & would not hesitate to recommend/return.

I walked in looking for some camera advice and Isaac listened to all of my questions and gave great advice, would highly recommend going here if you want to buy good quality camera stuff or need camera advice!
