Seriously think twice before using this company. They are completely unreliable and have terrible customer service! I made a reservation over the phone for a dumpster rental. Had to follow up multiple times to receive a confirmation email. Rec’d the confirmation email; however it contained the wrong customers name in the “Bill To” section….all other info was correct. I requested a revised confirmation via email and then called the following day to follow up on the email request. Never received the corrected confirmation. Late afternoon on delivery date dumpster hadn’t shown up so called and spoke to Customer Service for an ETA, she said she’d call me back in 5 minutes, never did. After about a hour, I tried to follow up via phone and email, but the company went dark. They wouldn’t answer the phone or respond to email. They did not meet their obligation or communicate any issues related to delivery. Dumpster was never delivered. They wouldn’t pick up my call the following morning. I had my sister call the number and they picked up right away. The gal tried to tell my sister that they don’t deliver to the area and that waste management was the only entity allowed to deliver to the area which is completely false. She also said she had sent an email to me stating such which was also completely untrue! I have since filed a claim with the BBB

Terrible experience. We used them for our parking lot. They dropped off a nasty dirty unit with hardened poop in it. We had to scrub it clean the day of our event and put in fresherners. Then to top it off they charged our account $465 randomly and kept saying give it 2-3 bus days to be refunded. It never was, we had to file a disbute with our bank to investigate. DO NOT use this company!

I've used them several times on several different jobsites, never an issue with the deliverym timing, and the vendors they use always do a good job keeping the Porta Potty clean. They only rent out or charge for the full month but overall will continue using them. I get it having a min is the only way to make jobs worth it.

This company is unreliable not true to there word. They were 2 days late delivering the container and today make a week that I called and asked them to remove it. Will never use them again

i called to order a Dumspter specifically . Got a quote and the Dumspter showed up but it was not one that can handle brick. in short i am only able to fill the dumpster 1/4 of the way because of the weight limit of the dumpster. They will not cancel the order. Will not use the again. waste of time and money. Steer clear of this company

I got my unit delivered on time even if I placed the order last minutes. I had a great experience talking with the team, their driver called me for placement direction and placed the unit at the right location. I will recommend using their services.

This woman, Anna has no conscience. She will destroy your special event by not delivering portable restrooms. She will lie to you that they are on their way when she knows they are not.
This is a Brokerage. Which means she will call around your area for the service.(Which you can do) Then double or triple the price.

Horrible company. Ordered my port-a-potty well in advance for my wedding. Well they never showed and no one would pick up the phone to let me know what was going on. Got ahold of them days after the wedding and was told it was a delivery issue. When I asked why I wasn’t called Anna started getting upset. I then claimed that I feel they are a scam and stealing peoples money. Anna then got even more upset and HU the phone. I have hired an identify protection firm after this as well. This company is horrendous and unverifiable. It’s worth the money and time to go elsewhere. STEER CLEAR unless you want to have to panic and find another company last minute. Leading Rental does not follow through on what they say.

Steer Clear!

Rented a 40CY Dumpster for $695. The day before it was to be delivered they said they didn't have any and tried to talk me into waiting 2 weeks or renting twp 15 CY dumpsters for $500 each. What a scam!

We had a contract with them for delivery of a porta potty on Friday. When we called to check on delivery, we were told it was changed to Monday. We didn't change it. We never got a call from anyone about a change, which was unacceptable anyway as we needed it Friday. Anna gave us the run around about calling the driver and re-routing, but it was all BS while she ran out the clock to 5pm and left for the weekend and left us hanging. They charged my credit card too. I canceled the delivery request Saturday and disputed the charge. Horrible company. Zero customer service or any real concern for the customer at all.

This company is a scam. They don't actually rent anything. They are a middleman company. You pay them and then they try to find another company to fill the order. If they cant find someone to assist they cancel your order without notice. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a porta potty for backyard reception; i signed a contract w leading rental a month in advance. 3 days prior to the event, a rep from leading rental called and said the price changed from $350 to $500; she said prices change; i told her that I had a contract; she said I didn't understand the industry. The rep said she could cancel the contract - but I was 3 days from the event. Then i asked who is really providing the porta potty - she finally said she would cancel and I could deal directly with Jiffy John - who is a local company. When I called, the owner was GREAT. Lesson learned - know who you are dealing with. Leading rental is a website company that is a middle man. They don't rent anything. They add their fee on top of what local companies charge. DO NOT deal with Leading Rental - EVER

This company is a total Rip-OFF. We ordered a Port-a-John that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. They delivered it on a Thursday when no one was home. They dropped it in the driveway in front of our home blocking a parking area. We called and asked to have it moved to where we wanted it. We were told that all of the problems were our fault because we were not home when it was delivered and we could not give direction to where we wanted it set-up. (They delivered it on wrong date) The company then told us there would be a $75.00 charge to have the driver come back and move it. When we refused to pay the added fee we were told very rudely to MOVE IT YOURSELF and they hung up on my wife. We also had ordered a unit for July 4th. After this incident we cancelled the second order. We checked our credit card statement and found out they went ahead and billed us for the unit we cancelled. We called the company and were told they had already cancelled the payment from the credit card. From other reviews it seems this is their normal way of doing business, charging for services not rendered. So far the money has not been returned to our credit card. If you face the same type of problems, I would suggest cancelling your credit card because they have the number and they have no problem making unauthorized charges. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with-
They do NOT answer their phone- I ordered a porta Potty that was NOT Delivered - they still charged my credit card. Same experience a s everyone else- when they do answer(Anna) said it was enroute-- Total liars and are full of ****.PLEASE DO NOT use them. I will report them to the Better Business and of course American Express.
What nerve to charge for an item that was not even delivered. Horrible people. Horrible business.

I really wish I had read this before contacting them. We rented a unit for our wedding at a lake house and it was never delivered. We kept emailing and calling and they kept saying it was "IN ROUTE". When we couldn't wait any longer we finally went with another company costing us 3 times the amount because it was last minute. They charged our card $425 and we have never received a refund even though they keep saying it's "being processed". I don't know what can be done to stop them from stealing people's money but I will be contacting an attorney to help with this process.

The issue i have is because the porta johns were not picked up in a timely fashion we will have a hard time getting that venue again. Pickup should have happened on Monday. Today is Wednesday and no pickup yet. The owner of the venue is not pleased at all. If i could give 0 stars i would. Thanks Anna for ruining everything.

STOP! before you call this company! Use C.W out of Manistee or McBain they're much better clean on time great customer service and they won't lie to you and steal your money like leading rental

We also would leave a 0 as a review. We had a order for 2 flushable VIP toilets for our backyard party. We had 70 people coming. We ordered the toilets and the lady emailed me a video of the toilets we would be getting. They were flushable with sinks and lights they were clean and didnt look luke they just picked it up at a jobsite.
First the charges werent supposed to go through until the day of delivery but they decided they were taking the fee entirely 10 days before.
The day of delivery, the evening before the party. The driver tried to deliver 2 toilets with no sinks beat up and dirty with no lights. Horrible company
Bad customer service.

If I could leave a review of 0 I would. I scheduled a rental to be placed at a property today and it was confirmed until the manager called me THE MORNING OF at 10:30 am (Anna) and stated they have now cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances. I now have a homeowner waiting at the property for this rental to be dropped off for no reason. Anna stated the woman I spoke with to confirm (Amanda) had no idea what their schedule looked like.... Okay so why does Amanda schedule your appointments? This is ridiculous and extremely unacceptable. Looking at the reviews its sad to say I'm not the only person with a terrible experience with this company and their extremely rude management. The manager Anna then proceeded to give me another companies name and kept interrupting me when i was trying to get an understanding of what has happened. She then proceeded to tell me she was just trying to help. Anna if you're seeing this you were everything except a help. A terrible manger and a terrible unorganized company.

Very poor customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Horrible quality of products. Delivery comes from out of state so any mistake cannot be remedied. You are just basically told “too bad” or “no, this is what you ordered.” Would never recommend.
