This company are a complete & utter disgrace & must not respect their reputation
I stupidly bought a jacket without checking the reviews ….
Safe to say Im Having the same issues as the rest of the people leaving reviews.
Iv tried to return my item & I paid for it as they don’t provide you with return address or labels so I am now out of pocket £100 with a item of no use
As the parcel come back to me
I got an e-mail saying DPDIsn’t a reputable company which the post office worker said is nonsense it would have cost another £32 to re send totalling to £60 on posting WHICH I. Should not have to do.
I am still waiting on a response .
The sizing is completely off & they are completely scamming people DO NOT USE !!!!!

Do not use - Returns near on impossible and goes against UK consumer law.

My event got cancelled so no need for the dress, I emailed them and got 50% of money returned to my account. Can't fault this company at all, I haven't had a bad experience - quite the opposite

I ordered my mum a mother of the bride outfit and it was beautiful but a little too small. The return was a bit of a nightmare so they let me keep the outfit (can resell) and gave me a generous credit code.
I have ordered all 4 of my bridesmaid dresses from here too and they are beautiful! Just make sure you go a size up.

The dresses are very small and wont even zip up. And they refused to give even a store credit. They are a scam

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LEELY. This "company" is a complete scam. The dress I ordered was not at ALL what was pictured, sizing was off, fabric was cheap and stiff, and the lace was all wrong. I originally asked to cancel my order because it would arrive too late, and was told I would receive no refund for cancelled orders. When the dress arrived and was too small, completely different than expected, and not at all what I paid for, I was told I could either get a $45 "store credit" or return the item for "inspection" before getting a full refund. The address provided for returns is invalid, and their customer service is fraudulent and unhelpful. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and will report them to the BBB as well. I paid $125 + shipping for complete garbage, and will not be satisfied until I get a FULL refund on my order.

Awful experience, took much longer than stated to arrive, terrible quality, dresses were nothing like advertised and they were really unhelpful about returning them, giving minimal timeline to arrange and making me pay for shipping despite there being elements missing and the dresses literally looked nothing like the pictures. They were not cheap and so I expect to receive items as described and advertised. I would not recommend

I received my ordered dress that was a way to big .
No return address is mentioned on the site. I contacted them by chatbox. I needed to give a reason for the return "which is the procedure to get a return-address" Then they gave me 3 options to choose out: 2 commercial options and one return option with (partial) refund. I chose this 3th option. Then they told me that the return address would be sent to me within 48h. Never got it. Wanted to recontact them by chatbot. Impossible to log in again. My data are "unknown" ....

Absolutely awful company do not buy from them
1. Took weeks to even send dress ordered
2. Sizing completely wrong when it eventually arrived
3. Didn’t want me to return
4. I had to pay for tracked return to USA
5. Will not refund full amount said they will not refund shipping.

Despite presenting themselves as a UK-based company, they are not. I specifically chose LeelyUK believing I was buying from a UK retailer. Before purchasing a bridesmaid dress to try on, I asked whether returns would be straightforward and was assured they would be. What they failed to disclose is that returns must be sent to the US or China.

The return shipping costs and potential customs fees are extremely high. They are clearly aware of this, as they quickly offer partial refunds to encourage customers to keep unsuitable items rather than return them. As a result, I am now stuck with a dress I cannot use and have lost £100, as returning it would be far too expensive.

Their returns policy is also misleading. It does not state where items must be returned to, only that the address will be provided after requesting a return. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Customer service has been very poor. Responses feel automated and dismissive. When I asked about return costs, I received a rude reply telling me to “go to the post office” to find out myself. Complaints are largely ignored.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

Waited 6 weeks for two dresses to arrive for a wedding, 1 was faulty the other bad sizing. Would never use again

Really long delivery times, dresses are poor quality and the sizing is completely off plus their refund policy is ridiculous. Don’t order from here!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered a size 14 trouser suit. They sent a size 10. When I queried this with them, they said “their internal size 1O” is a UK size 14. It isn’t. The order clearly shows size 14. Size 10 is on the label of the garment. I have measured it. The waist is 30 inches. There is no viable offer to return, exchange or re credit your account. I paid £122 for a garment that I have no use for. It’s a scam

Ordered a wedding dress at 98 pound. Waited a month for it to arrive..what I got was nothing like the dress advertised. Now like many others I've been told to return it , I have to send back to overseas and complex procedure . I refuse to pay anymore outlay for this dress. I'm stuck with something that is not advertised and I want a full refund I will be taking this further

Please DO NOT ORDER. they are SCAMMERS. They pose as a UK company but they ship from China. I ordered a dress in February, I cancelled the order within 5 days and they told me they will only refund the shipping costs, meaning that they would keep £80 just like that! They will steal your money and tell you it's the policy. I started a dispute which they declined.. I'm not willing to give them my money.. my only fault was I wasn't very careful this time as I didn't check other customers' reviews..

After reading so many bad reviews i was sceptical to order from here, but i found my perfect dress and thought I'd take the risk and I'm so glad i did!
It took a month to come which i thought was decent considering I knew shipping was from China and they're made to order.
The dress is of a good quality and is very beautiful. It has a bit of a smell to it, but nothing a good hang on the line won't sort, and I'm assuming that's due to packaging and nothing else, as it was made and then immediately air posted to me.
I was kept in the loop as to how long it would take and I could track once the parcel was posted so all in all I've had a great experience.

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered a dress £93 and it took 2 weeks to arrive. Then went I sent it back it has to be returned to America! It cost me £36 to return. The company said I can keep it and get £23 refunded but the dress was tiny round the waist. It’s not obvious that it’s an overseas expensive return service. It came up on uk google so I never imagined it would cost so much to return. Thank gif I didn’t order more dresses. Don’t use this company

bought 2 dresses, promised would be here within 2 weeks. Arrived 3 weeks later, sent back dresses. Refused my refund!

I ordered this dress only because it came up on google search under UK. I received the dress, but unfortunately I can’t zip it up over my ribs, therefore I contacted the company to find out how I could return it. I spent around £100 on the dress and was told I could keep it and they would refund me £21, or I could send it back but it was only insured for $15-20, and I have to pay postage. The company is apparently based in Texas, so all I want to say is be very wary of ordering in case you need to make a return and don’t always assume they are a local company.
