Matt Elkins and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, taking the lead in having my caution from 7 years ago successfully removed. His expert knowledge and experience instantly put me at ease, and he was always prompt and informative in his correspondence with me. I am so happy to be leaving this review, the result of my caution removal will completely change my life for the better! I got my police certificate as no trace finally! I had a very tight timeline and Matt understood my situation. He heard me out and processed everything without any delays. Of course it required patience and but he did his best in checking things for me and keeping me updated (in spite of the time difference). I got the outcome fairly quickly which really benefited me. I have been readily impressed with the professional service that Matt has provided during his instruction on my case to remove a caution dating from years ago. One stupid mistake as a young adult has stayed with me for years and caused me lots of anxiety and worry since it's occurrence, especially as I have now moved overseas. This has now fallen away at the successful removal of this caution.
