No promises were made with this service but extensive meetings were held to gain all of the information followed by contact with friends and family. Throughout the process I was kept very well informed and no questions from my side went unanswered. The outcome was extremely successful and I feel justice has truly been done. I cannot recommend this service enough !

What can I say, Matt made the impossible possible. I remember reading his reviews on Trust Pilot and thinking, oh lucky for some, I doubt I will be that lucky- it's an impossible task to get this caution deleted. But he did it. He actually did it.
I received a caution in 2012 for the possession of Class A. It was a stupid mistake, something which I very much regret. In 2020, this caution was stopping me in taking the next step in my life.
I panicked and didn't even know that there was even such a process to delete a caution. I found the details for Matt Elkins and after the initial consultation I decided that Matt is definitely the lawyer to go with and very soon after we submitted the application at the end of September. The caution was deleted in the second week of November - in record time.
Matt is a straightforward and direct person and gets straight to the point. No overselling, no fake promises, just purely honest. He always replies to your emails on the same day, sometimes within minutes. He has an eye for detail but also works very swiftly.
The fee was non-extortionate and worth every penny.

Matthew Elkins is very professional, experienced and honest solicitor. I was updated on every stage of my caution removal application. I had two police cautions and Matthew managed to get both of the cautions removed. If anyone would like to get the police caution removed , Matthew Elkins is the answer. Very reasonable fees as well. He truly deserves a 5 star rating for his focused approach and dedication for my case.
