I've always found the staff in the shop very helpful and knowledgeable and when ordering online the website is well laid out and easy to navigate and delivery is always on time and as expected!

My daughter's bike ordered from LeisureLakesBikes was delivered extremely well packed, I received it very quickly whilst being kept upto date throughout. What a fantastic experience, thoroughly recommend LeisureLakesBikes. Big smiles ..Cheers!

Did initially try and buy items in store but staff not very helpful just pointed and said over there. Was looking for some advice really.

So researched online and purchased online, would have probably spent more money in store if the customer service\experience was better.

Online purchasing experience was good, though delivery took 10 days for click and collect items to arrive at store.

Great experience buying a bike, staff were friendly and helpful, It took time for the bike to be built in their workshop , so I went away for a couple of hours and they kept in contact with me , giving progress reports. They price matched a couple of accessories which was a nice touch.

Always great service from the staff instore. The range on line is really good and they keep you well informed.

I used the Cheltenham branch for a Trek warranty claim for a carbon front wheel. They are my local Trek dealer though I did not buy the bike from them, not knowing such at the time of purchase. The service was excellent - efficient from start to finish and from my point frictionless. The staff were helpful and friendly and I’ll have no qualms about using them again but for a purchase next time

I put in a late bike order and the team went out of their way to get it ready for me to pick up in time to enter Ride London on it.

No hassle refund given.

Bought bike 'remotely' by email/phone for payment and pickup at Cheltenham branch and it was dealt with extremely efficiently, including using their carpark in town for my quick stop. First ride of the bike some many weeks later revealed that it had been set up well as per the handover notes. Well done to Cheltenham staff (and subequently to things sent out from web/mailorder location a couple of months later)
