Came in to try on helmets and I was showed where they where and asked if I needed advice and then left to try them on with no pressure once that was picked they also promptly fix my bike with no booking whilst I waited as I had it with me. it was a absolutely amazing service end to end and I will only be using this bike shop from now on as they where so Helpfull from start to finish cheers Sam

Unfortunatey had to contact sales department at Coventry store to cancel an online order due to unaceptable delevery times and Jake dealt with my request in a very professional and polite way.
I hope the entire team at Leisure Lakes Bikes Coventry has the same Customer First atitude as Jake as I will visit the store in future for new gear.

Fast delivery. Super communication !!! Nothing was a problem with these people. Asked me for my weight to set up my new bike and did I want the wide bars shortend etc would definitely use this company again !

Knowledgeable staff who were very helpful, not only in deciding which mountain bikes were best for us, but in sorting out my Cycle to Work option. Explained how they operate and helped to load in the cycle rack.

Not so great this time.
It took over two weeks for the items to be delivered to store for collection.
The order was then cancelled and items were put back on sales shelves.
Luckily no one needed the exact same parts and I could get them.
It took 20 minutes for the team to find the items.
An improvement to the process would be nice.

Great service from the team, especially Zack whose enthusiasm and knowledge helped me pick the right bike for what I am riding. Highly recommend the store to all cyclists.

The knowledge and experience of Jake with his honest opinion to if the helmet was correct or not.
The sale wasn’t important to him but the item being correct and suitable was.

We did purchase the Fox Rampage Youth helmet and we will buy from you guys again.

Really Polite Company

I can’t rate these guys highly enough. From the initial contact with Jamie through to all the time Dean spent with me advising me on different electric mountain bikes and eventually setting it up for me after I’d bought one. Dean was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all.

Dean and Jamie are true assets to the company and deserve recognition. I really can’t fault their professionalism, customer service and knowledge.

Plenty of bikes and parts for all levels of cycling. Very helpful staff with good knowledge.

Really good customer service, both in Coventry and daventry branches. Staff are friendly and actually know there stuff..

While in the Coventry part of their website, I noted that Aladdin Alveo water bottles (which we particularly wanted) were 'in stock' for click and collect. As the store is just round the corner, I popped round to try to buy. Not in stock there! But should be available by next Wed if I order on line, they said. Next Wed I visited again - not arrived, but the email had said to expect 7-10 days to delivery to store!! Anyway, still not in by the following Wed. They chased up. Eventually one bottle came in to store! So they had to re-order, and eventually I was able to collect the two bottles, 24 days after ordering, and after three visits to store. No apology; no explanation. I try to avoid Amazon purchases, but this poor service doesn't encourage me to use Leisure Lakes Bikes again.

Click & collect order bike was ready in reasonable time, fully built up and ready to ride. Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Free 6 to 12 week check-up and free 30-day insurance complement the overall service package. Easily recommended.
