Five assistants and only me in shop. Ignored while they made each other coffee and chatted. Eventually I asked for assistance but felt like I was disturbing them. Then talked down to and left alone mid way during sales discussion while assistant went of and served someone else.

Good price on jacket, picked up at store after a few day wait

Ordered the bike online, got a phone call to see if I needed anything else or assistant in assembly. They were really on the ball and the bike was better than expected

Ordered on click and collect and item was ready for collection within the hour. Got a Garmin Edge for £50 off the RRP and there was the offer of telephone support to set up if needed so great customer service and looking forward to a shop opening up locally to me soon.

Great team who bent over backwards to resolve the problems I had with the demo bike. I think I was just unlucky given all the positive reviews.Special mention to Martin.

Bike seat .

Ordered a new seat, was ready for collection the next day at the Daventry store, decided to ride over and pick up my new seat, whilst there we enjoyed a lovely coffee and sandwich to refuel, bikes were left in shop so all safe.
The member of staff that served me for my new bike seat was so polite and helpful, my partner also commented on how polite she was once we had sat down.

Great team, all of them. Really helpful sorting a problem we had caused purchasing on line. Have bought a lot of stuff over the years. Always been a good experience.

Great service

I think the way to differentiate a good or bad company is when things don’t quite go right. Leisure Lakes Bikes are a good company as they sorted my problem. I bought a bike from them, and after one small use it failed. Leisure Lakes Bikes were quick to respond, and when given the bike to fix, fixed it within the hour. All the time keeping me updated as to the progress.

If you visit their Daventry store you’ll see a great selection of bikes and accessories, but you’ll also find helpful friendly staff, willing to assist.

More informative exhortation and helpful, quick response and excellent communication.

Decided to collect my new bike rather than mail order delivery even though it was a bit of a drive.
Glad I did every person on the team in store couldn’t do enough to help, not always the case with my local store.
Mechanic spent time making sure the bike was set up correctly before handover and the staff explained everything and cheated the fit was ok etc. great shop with lots of options .
