Dit is een heel goede service

Dit is een heel goede service. Ik krijg dezelfde lenzen die ik anders bij de oogarts moet bestellen aan een aanzienlijk goedkoper tarief.
Ga natuurlijk nog altijd op jaarlijkse controle, maar bestel voortaan zelf online.

Zeker aan te bevelen.

Goed aanbod. Eerlijke prijs. Levering binnen aangegeven periode. Enkel de bevestigingsmail kan beter. Ik had levering bij een Bpost afhaalpunt gevraagd, maar op de mail stond mijn adres als leveringsadres en geen enkele vermelding van het afhaalpunt. Er was wel ergens een minder duidelijke vermelding van Bpost bij de afrekening. Dit kan verwarrend zijn voor consumenten die minder vaak aankopen doen op internet.

There were problems with delivery, but everything arrived (with a delay!)

There were problems with delivery, and I had to enquire endlessly about it myself. I think if the company cannot deliver something on time, they should inform customers about it, and not wait until complaints and enquiries come in. Nevertheless, everything was Ok with order when it has arrived.
