Feel really let down…. Came here for a drink with my friends and a young lad with a fringe was stood at the bar slouched over looking like he was hungover. Didn’t realise it was this type of establishment however due to this being the case I won’t be visiting here again. Well done hungover boy… you’ve ruined it for me.

it is know wonder that reviews are so poor, as they fail to look after the interests of creditors, they have failed to collect all the outstanding monies from directors assocciated with secure funeral solutions and will not help creditors trying to issue court papers, they also have failed in reporting directors failings to the Insolvency Service

Absolutely appalling employees and service. Lack of communication and impossibility to reach them telephonically once hired. absolutely worst experience ever had with a company.
Especially the restructuring and insolvency team - terrible terrible terrible

Been appointed as the Trustee in charge of a bankruptcy against me and have been an embarrassment throughout. I have Mental Health Moratorium due to a lifelong condition I've been diagnosed with and they've just ignored it throughout. They've filed paperwork snd court orders with the Court and didn't tell me they'd done until weeks or months after so I don't get a chance to defend. Whej reviewing their submission they've omitted anything about the Mental Health Moratorium from their filings. They then overvalued my one asset by approximately 25% and are trying to charge "fees and costs" approximately 175% the value of the alleged creditors! The final sickening part is they are currently applying to the Court to get ne and my Daughter removed from the property (even though we've both got serious Mental Illness and have given medical evidence of this) to sell at more than what it's already been on the market for anyway the past 4 months.

These are dangerous. Luckily I've now got my MP involved as well as a well known TV programme documenting my journey which will hit ten like a tonne of bricks whatever the outcome may be. Ive also reported them to the Regulator as these need to be stopped not just for the hell they are trying to inflict on me, but having read this site they are pulling this on a lot of other people as well.

They are trying to take my home off me even though I’ve agreed to put it on the market for sale and have agreed to pay them the loan back that was £10,000 and has now increased to £29,000 due to then keep organising bailiffs to come round then cancelling but still changing me! I’ve agreed to everything but they are still now trying to take my home even when I’ve explained I have a young child to home and happy to pay them when it’s sold but that’s simply not good enough for them! Nick myers that’s dealing with it has no heart and doesn’t seem to be interested in a single mother with a child to look after and home

So, I am a third-party claimant against a company who went in to liquidation in 2019 company was (Soak.com), my claim was against faulty materials supplied the claim was submitted 19/03/2020 for £1,500.00.
I have chased this claim for 4 years with Leonard Curtis exchanging emails and progress reports, this morning 19/03/2024, I received a cheque in the post relating to my claim, the cheque for £4.50 this was a first and final payment for my outstanding amount,
I assumed someone somewhere was having a laugh at my company’s expense but it seems this is my payment for the faulty materials and 4 years of paperwork.
I bet you that Leonard Curtis did not have to settle for pathetic payments while bleeding Soak.com for what they can in the insolvency process.
I also see why they have such appalling reviews on this site, once again the hard working small business looses out to money grabbing insolvency companies that drain all the money they can, when they can, I expect they have claimed all they can over the 4 years with no reductions at all.
Update on 21/04/2024 had a letter from my bank to say the cheque for £4.50 had bounced, what a joke,

Dealt with liquidation of my company, failed to pay the final tax to HMRC. Culminated in a large retrospective tax bill plus interest and they still take no accountability. Do yourself a favour and use another legal firm.

ITI Capital, disgusting...

What a farce letting them transfer my SVS securities pension funds to iti capital. It’s still in a mess and I can’t get my hands on my pension. This is a national disgrace.

Like most other contributors my wife and I had large holdings with SVS Securities when, out of the blue, they were placed into administration. L. Curtis were appointed by the courts to deal with sorting the mess out. Unfortunately, what they did was create an even bigger mess and then blame the FCA and not accept they were in any way responsible for the situation over 18,000 have had to put up with.
They appointed consultants to find brokers who were interested in taking over the SVS clients. There was apparently very little enthusiasm and only a small number were supposedly interested. At this stage they did NOT, inexplicably, appoint consultants to ensure the whoever took on the SVS clients were fit to do so. Instead, I am advised by them that they felt it was sufficient to have FCA approval for ITI Capital to be appointed to take on over 18,000 new clients.
This, as the majority transferred to ITI will agree, has been an unmitigated disaster. My wife and I have just concluded getting all of our holdings out of ITI to our new broker, having sent off transfer out forms to ITI early last September, over a year ago.
I complained to the FCA about both L Curtis and ITI last September and am still awaiting the outcome of their investigations! I complained to the professional body to whom the partners of L. Curtis belong and whilst they agree the whole situation is unacceptable, because the partners did nothing illegal, they cannot take action against them. What a total and utter farce. L. C. get paid millions to make the biggest mess that it was possible to create.
How do they get away with it? Because they can blame the FCA. And when the FCA eventually replies to my year old complaint they will no doubt say that their hands were tied as no one else was interested in taking the situation on.
The ‘ordinary’ person in the street as ever pays the cost in the all the millions paid out to L. C. in costs in this matter and the paying of the FCA employees/establishment all comes from the taxpayer, again!

I have finally transferred my shares and cash to IG and what a change it is. Lenard Curtis should never have selected ITI they are a disgrace. I spent hours chasing missing shares and still have no idea about dividend payments. Difficult to complete my tax return!

I am considering legal action against Leonard Curtis for their treatment of ex- SVS clients. In my case, thousands of pounds worth of shares have disappeared. Anyone else have similar experiences? How Can Trust Pilot ? give Leonard Curtis 2 Stars ? when 90 % of Reviews are bad. Simple maths with 5 stars at 20% a pop ...would make 40% better reviews Surely ...Intead of actually 3 % . What ever your Reply Trust pilot that what it looks like. I asked 7 people and they all said its easy they must have had 40% Positive reviews

As an ex-SVS client, I find that LC's decision to appoint ITI as a new broker was poor, to say the least. What selection process did they have, to end up with an unknown little broker who doesn't have a basic level of infrastructure and competence to cope with a massive influx of clients? It is unacceptable that these people have been paid for such a poor job.

Leonard Curtis acted for SVS clients when svs was liquidated. They transferred from SVS to ITI capital. Now my shares are locked in ITI and are not showing in my ITI trading accounts 8 months later. ITI ignore all emails and phone calls. Complete Sham of a company that have effectively stolen clients stocks and money - and i hold Leonard Curtis fully responsible for allowing this scam to facilitate.

Abject failure to perform due diligence and monstrous waste of time/opportunity for clients.

My experience with them is re SVS / ITI Capital.
It seems like a dreadfully slow process of sorting it out - it took 15 months to get most of my investments out to another platform, and now, 18-19 months on, I'm still chasing the final bits. Some of this may be due to ITI Capital being a borderline bunch of crooks. But LC appointed ITI Capital. The ex SVS customer weren't consulted. I infer that LC's due diligence is nonexistent.
I believe LC have taken over £30m in fees and expenses whilst sorting out this mess, all at hourly rates that would make McKinsey's eyes water. So it looks like LC are siphoning out as much money as they can from the FSCS and hence from UK taxpayers. Bit of a disgrace really. Probably deserves a one star review, but they keep one star because I have at least got most (99%+) of my investments out from the wreckage.

Helpful company. Not their fault ITI are incompetent. They acted as per the agreement of the court and they do help when you call

Leonard Curtis "Legal" still has not grown a conscience for their complete lack of concern in the transfer of SVS clients accounts to the iniquitous and downright inefficient ITI Capital. The FCA has said, Leonard Curtis had the final say as to where the SVS clients would be placed, and they would be on hand to give help and support in the transfer to a broker of our choice as they promised on the 23rd July 2020, empty promises. Now six months later with hundreds of complaints we are still paralysed, with ITI unable to simply send dividends to a bank account. Leonard Curtis JSA'S have effectively thrown us all into a financial dungeon and throw away the key. Surely it can't be "LEGAL" to hold on to accounts against the wishes of the clients, after all you practice your inabilities under the guise of, Leonard Curtis "LEGAL". I wonder what kind of advice you would give to an ex SVS client on how to retrieve an account from ITI Capital, placed there by your JSA's. If you read these "BAD" experiences Leonard Curtis "LEGAL" , then why don't you write your advice here too, ((((BAD)))) meaning, "failing to conform to standards of moral virtue or acceptable behaviour"
