De jurkjes zijn van hele fijne kwaliteit. Ik heb al meerdere jurkjes en pettiskirts besteld en ze blijven zelfs na 5 jaar wekelijks gebruiken mooi.(ik ben baby fotograaf).

Outstanding, well made, Quality products! I’ve been purchasing Dolly products the past 8 years for my granddaughter. We love the beautiful presentation, detailed craftsmanship, gorgeous fabrics and unique whimsical designs. She’s been inspired to design her own fabrics and clothing in colorful drawings, it’s an amazing journey to watch her creativity unfold. We now shop together purchasing Dolly products for our newest lil’ granddaughter. The product quality is superior. I look forward to handing them down for generations to come!!

For Cyprus it usually takes up to 8-10 working days to arrive but to your country there is a delay of about 7 extra working days due to less flights to your country. Your order left our country to Cyprus on the 13th. which is now 11 working days ago. Considering the announced delay on PostNl it is assumed to be normal. Lovely clothes but weird sizing
Lovely clothes but they are very slim and tall. Bought size 1-2 years but it’s more for a skinny 3-year old. My daughter is tall for her age, and they are still way too long for her so I just hope she might be able to wear the clothes in a year.

Not receive my order for one month
I placed my order on 5th August, it’s been almost one month. and I still did not receive any shipping information. I have already write two emails to them but haven’t get any response yet. I do not know where is my order now and what should I do for it.
Finally received by 8th September!
Thank you for reply me, and even though I didn’t receive any tracking information. The waiting time is killing me,but I still happy to receive them and get your response.
The dresses are pretty, but the size is not as I expected, the 1-2years dress looks like 3-4years. However, bigger is better then smaller.

As you know you placed your order during our summer closing since you also used our special discountcode which is only visible on the page informing you orders ship from August 19th. after our holiday. We shipped your order on August the 19th. and we informed by email the tracking number on that same day. Please check your spam folder, since emails might end up in there. We also replied to both of your emails on August 27th and again on August the 30th. Your order is currently on route to your country and transport does have some delays to your country, but your order will arrive once released from your customs. It's not my fault you lost the package, I shouldn't have waited more than 1 month, I continued to wait 15 days, and you still haven't mailed it, causing me to miss the entire summer and even my birthday. I have asked for refund many times. When you came back from vacation, you didn't communicate with me about the solution, but mailed the rest of the clothes to me directly and the clothes I wanted were not included. Can you tell me,why i paid extra 35 euros shipping fee to buy the rest unnecessary things and wait for 2momths?
I don't think I'll buy again, the two purchases were terrible.

We sincerely apologized many times for the wrong color dress and, as informed by several replies to you, the 1st parcel was lost by PostNL or Iceland Post and we send a new parcel including the correct color dress, therefore the issues have been solved according to terms. The waiting time was needed so transport companies could investigate to check if parcel was indeed missing. After they confirmed it was missing, we send another parcel. It was also during our summer closing, however we managed to send many of our replies to you even during our summer closing. Also you did not pay anything extra. You placed 2 orders which have separate shipping costs. The extra parcel we send to you was not charged extra, and was shipped to you free of charge, we arranged shipping fee for you. Hope you still can enjoy your purchases and fully understand your frustrations and we thank you for your patience and kind understanding. I love the Dolly dresses
I love the Dolly dresses. They are even more amazing in real life than on the photos. And the photos are pretty amazing to begin with. The materials are super soft and quality, the colours are stunning. Would 100 % recommend.
