Love this brand. The packaging is so cute and the jewellery is dainty and good quality.

This company never fails to amaze me with the quality of sterling silver jewellery and the cute packaging !! Very good for special occasions or to gift !

I LOVEEE Lephoria jewellery! I wear them all the time and they are such beautiful staple pieces in my collection, there is such a wide variety of colours also which matches all outfits!
I also love the single earrings for my Tragus & Conch piercings

I absolutely LOVE Lephoria jewelry! Such a wide range of options and styles. So many pieces to choose from in different color options. They have sales a lot and the quality of the jewelry is very good. I only shop at Bohomoon & Lephoria for all of my jewelry. They are sister stores! I have quite a collection of both gold and silver. I get lots of compliments on the jewelry and they also guarantee their product! If you haven’t checked them out yet…. run! 😁

I am so disappointed!!!! I received my order and one pair was missing so I straight away E-Mailed two days later I still hadn’t heard from them so I messaged again via the messaging part on the website this time it’s a week now and I still am yet to have a response!! This Jewellery was a Birthday Present so the present was incomplete on the day so I am fuming!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE ANSWER YOUR E-MAILS!!!!!!
UPDATE 14/10/25 It took 3 weeks for customer services to finally contact me!! They resolved the situation by sending the missing item out to me quickly.

Recieved these earrings on the 12th of March along with two other pairs. It's now the beginning of May and they are already tarnished. I know they're only gold plated so not expected to last forever but would have liked more than 6 weeks! Genuinely had Shien earrings that have lasted longer at a fraction of the cost and that didn't turn my ears green. I contacted the customer service team to let them know of the issue and offering to provide photos, and they advised I purchase from their sister brand Bohomoon instead as they are tarnish free. Assume this website is where Bohomoon sent all of their older pieces off to die, while they upgraded to tarnish free. 0/5 for both quality and customer service.

Ordered 4 pairs of earrings, 2 were faulty, did receive a response to initial email, was then offered a replacement and have had noting since despite chasing up.
I've ordered from them a couple of times, earrings are definitely not tarnish proof and some are very flimsy and smaller than they're made to appear, but fine if you buy in the £10 sale, otherwise avoid.

Earrings do not come in a pair & you can’t not return them.

The earrings aren’t worth £60 they aren’t even shower proof.

Please be careful when buying from this company.

Ordered 3 pairs of earrings in their black Friday sale, they arrived very quickly and are of good quality. Packaging was very nice. No issues and would recommend them as a company.

Ordered multiple pairs of earrings.
One arrived bent out of shape so I cannot wear the hoop and another twisted.

I should’ve suspected due to the cheaper pricing that the quality wouldn’t be the greatest, but I expected to at least be able to wear the earrings.

In future I will be going to different places as I cannot wear these earrings don’t function as they should.

I also sent an email to customer services and am yet to receive a response on how they intend to rectify this.

Recently ordered from Lephoria as I saw them have a sale and they are the sister brand of Bohomoon which I love so I thought I'd try it.

Was worried it was a Facebook scam company, but received a gorgeous ear cuff packaged in lovely little jewellery pouch. Really thrilled and will definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased from this site because it had such good reviews on trust pilot. However, after purchasing I received a confirmation email for my order with no further notifications! There is no tracking information or any emails to confirm when my order will be dispatched or if it has even been dispatched . A rough estimate of when it will arrive or how many days it takes to ship from placement would be helpful.
I emailed customer services asking about my order status but I've not heard anything back which is very concerning.
Only response I had after emailing customer services was a generic email saying thank you for my order!
Please can someone from customer services respond to me ???
