I bought a pink hoodie and a few weeks later bought a grey hoodie..both arrived in a timely manner and were both correct sizing, great quality and well worth the money. Love them and would buy from this company again!

I got my shirt quick and it is beautiful, amazing quality and fits perfectly!!

I ordered the “Never trust an old man with a German Shorthaired Pointer” t-shirt, and the item showed up with a typo and terrible print quality on the letters — to the point where they look like they’re peeling. “Pointer” was “pointed.” I had to reach out to customer service twice before getting a reply. I asked kindly to exchange the item for a correct one or to return it considering it’s state. I was intending to give it as a gift, which I can’t do now. At this point, even after providing photos showing the typo and defects, all I have been offered is 25% off, even though they say they have a 100% quality guarantee. This 100% quality guarantee is 100% nonexistent, and this customer is 100% dissatisfied. Customer service is terrible. Buyer beware.

I ordered a couple of grumpy cat sweatshirts from Letibe for Xmas delivery. Unfortunately it was lost in shipping. I let the company know and they shipped a replacement pair right away. The quality of the shirts was great. I am so impressed by the quality of their customer service and product. I will shop there again.
