Account still not reinstated
Just reading these reviews and I have experienced similar to what a lot of other have here.
It has been almost 1 month since LUS has relaunched and promised previous funded holders the reinstatement of their accounts.
I reached out to them when they started again. I was initially told to send my details as well as account number and my account would be reinstated within 48hours. This did not happen. I contacted the customer service and I was told that all accounts will be sorted by the 20th. But this didn't happen too. When I emailed them again this is what they replied "Hi there, the staff have been sending the pending accounts since the weekend. It could take some days, but we'll send you your account as soon as possible". They keep on saying this and delaying without any clarity of when the actual accounts will be given. I had my hopes up when they launched again but very disappointed with the service.
The thing that baffles me is all these people are pending a lot of funded and challenge accounts from before yet LUS are promoting people to buy new accounts with a lot of offers? How can one trust them when they are treating existing customers really bad?
Hope this gets resolved and I get my funded account back ASAP!
Previous LUS customer forgotten
Was a previous customer of LUS on a funded account. When LUS came back online we were told existing accounts would be restored within 24 hours. This then changed to accounts will be sent out from 20th Jan.
It is now 24th Jan, still no access and still no solid update as to how long this will take. Live chat is responsive but with the same very vague response each time.
New customers get their details instantly and I am sure their payments are processed fast enough, but existing customers have seemingly been forgotten about.
SCAM
SCAM, Got funded. never got my elite account. they were delaying and i still haven't got it. because they have to do everything manually, its 2024, nothings manually. You won't get a good experience with these guys. so don't buy any challenge here. They're Customer service is fast to answer, but they can't help you.

Guys just stay with the big and well known prop firms. I never experenced something like that with them.
Not a trustworthy companyâŠ
My challenge account was in profit with me aiming to pass for a funded account before LUS
closed down. They are now open and my account wasn't given back to me nor was I offered a new account. Customer service says this is the manager's decision. My advice to whoever is thinking of joining LUS is to Stay away from them.

Esta empresa y su dueño Raúl González son una mentira.
Yo tenÃa mi cuenta fondeada antes de que cerraran sus servidores y Rául nos comunicó que cuando abran nuevamente la empresa, iban a darnos las cuentas que nos pertenecÃan.
La empresa abrió nuevamente y aún no tenemos ninguna actualización. Me comuniqué con soporte de la web (Agente Fiorella) el jueves 18 de enero reclamando que no se han comunicado con nosotros y me dijo textualmente "All funded accounts will be sent since January 20th." Hoy domingo 21/01 no me ha llegado ningún mail ni se han comunicado conmigo.
Además de eso, cuando preguntamos sobre si hay alguna actualización sobre nuestras cuentas en las publicaciones de Instagram, nos eliminan los comentarios y si van al instagram de Raúl Gonzalez (@lamboraul) van a ver que ni pueden comentar porque tiene los comentarios limitados.
No suelo comentar mis experiencias pero este tipo Raúl me ha cansado con tantas mentiras, se rÃe de nosotros, sus clientes, a los que deberÃa tener mayor consideración. Eviten esta empresa.

Great customer support, had a small issue with reoccurring transactions and Leveled Up Team got me right and set me up with my account directly. Would definitely recommend them in the future to other traders.

I never reached any of their violation systems, anyway I got an email that the account had failed. Have tried to contact the support team and they claim that there is a glitch in their system.
The support team has not been helpful and only replies that the matter should be taken further.

My count got reinstated but no longer a funded account. They gave me a new account and have to pass the challenge again. Not my fault you closed shop last December when I finally passed my challenge. You should of all people know how we value our funded account. Now I have to start over again. Raul said it will be re activated but not expecting a start again.

Honestly I would give this company 0 stars but thereâs no option for that. Itâs been well over a week since they came back online and I am still waiting for my account that was closed when they first closed their servers.I keep hearing finalizing this and migration that for days now and I am sure they r just lying at this point. Donât join this company unless u want them to close on you unexpectedly again and take your account with no refunds. Be extremely wary of them.

Gianella definitely is the best customer support agent ever. Support was super fast. Figured out everything I needed to get started. They also partnered with dominion markets which is great. Weâll see how the challenge goes. Hope for the best. So far LUS is looking good.
Worst Prop Firm in Existence
9/29th is when the website went down fit âmaintenanceâ purposes and it took almost all the way till Jan 3rd to get it back up and running. Throughout the whole wait it was nothing but âsoonâ , âworking tirelesslyâ, while posting his new Car he just bought on instagram playing golf itâs a bunch of bs. This is time people cannot get back, and it was for what? It doesnât make it any better contacting support to get your funded account back. They wrote back 24 hours Wednesday and it is now Sunday. I am flabbergasted about how such a prop firm company like this is ran by someone who doesnât gaf about his traders.
