The time response was very fast and answer was good and clear.

This firm stopped operating when my swing trade was about to hit take profits, imagine waking up the next day and your trading account doesn’t work anymore. All the profits I made and anticipated were gone just like that.

High spreed, high commissions even on a demo account, it is very unfortunate that at the end of the day you end up with commissions of up to $300

I thought this would be the prop firm to change the industry but it’s shady just like the rest. Not to mention customer support is incompetent. Unlucky, I guess.

your company cannot refund a used demo account and your accounts are frozen with no eta when it will be fixed. Useless company

They froze everyone’s challenge account because of a disagreement with the company CEO’s. Now everyone has to wait until they get their act together. And with the whole crackdown on FTX and the whole prop firm industry, I’m skeptical of their reasoning for freezing accounts. Shady business to say the least. I regret my purchase.

Aunque no habia tenido problemas alguno este "cambio de liderazgo" parece no dar confianza, además solicite la devolución y amablemente se me dijo que para las cuentas de reset no esta permitido la devolución lo cual me parece mal, ya que no se han violado reglas solo que no he llegado al profit
