So I purchased a lexmoto cypher due to good reviews and I must say its a great little bike. Only issue I have is I don't have a dealer in distance from my house so won't be able to service it. I will have to get a van and take it to a dealer. On top of this they don't tell you is that it needs to be serviced about 6 times a year. After 6 weeks 300 miles dealer says it needs a service at 80 pound. Then again 4 months 80 pound then 4 month 80 pounds then the process continues to keep warranty. They apparently check brakes, tyre pressures, wheel nuts, battery and check motor/belt. So van to take it into London to get serviced is gonna be 80 pound for day plus fuel then service 80 pound then ulez charge that's over 185 pound every 4 months plus extra service after 300 miles 6 weeks. 740 a year x2 is 1480 thats nearly the price of a new bike just to keep warranty for 2 years. 😳. Might have to wing it and just service it myself and take a chance. Like I said before so far 19 miles in it seems like a great little bike

Absolute crap, lexmoto Titan E5 not quite 2 years old and now a non starter, battery dies within a week, spark plug has blown out of its chamber more times than I can count and now by the looks of it it’s a whole new engine just so I can screw in a spark plug that doesn’t blow out every two minutes thanks lexmoto for selling me a very expensive garden ornament!

variety of parts ordered, one was missing and another duplicated, sent a replacement (£7 part) but courier lost it and they refused to send another until the courier had completed their investigation, meant the bike was off the road, in bits and in the way for a week for a £7 part, not willing to help assist or do bugger all to help and no satisfaction calling to shout at them as they're charging YOU for your call

I have a lexmoto aura 125cc e5 22 plate the battery went dead.i have changed battery but I cannot get the main switch in the middle of the bike to go green when I press the keyless fob what can I do does this bike have a immobiliser on it if so how do I turn it off in case its that

I would like to make a special mention to Paris at customer services for the quick response on every email and for being so understanding and professional. Has helped me alot and honestly without the service i received I may not have the bike now. So I appreciate all the help and support. I would buy another based on this service for aftercare. Thank you

I have a lexmoto arua 125 70 reg the start relay as no power to it so it not true scooter on and when going to stay it clicking and make my key flash what could be my problem Mr Trevor Hogg

I have a lexmoto lxr 125 . It's a 2019 model . It's always been garaged only used in the dry . Only done 1650 miles and the ignition packed in . Lexmoto won't repair as over 3 years old . They don't have the part in stock ,neither does any other store online that ive found . Some have been recalled for fault but seemingly my year was OK. Is ok to pack in with 1650 on clock ?. Now I have a bike that looks nice but a rather expensive ornament . I'm an older rider 53 and I've never had a bike ignition fail at under 2000 miles .even mz was a lot more reliable back in the day .

If as you say in your comment that mine was not a faulty lockset then why is did it start going fault at around 1300 miles ? So what your saying is this is exeptable mileage for it to pack in ? As I said in previous comment I have never had this problem before with any other make of bike and just because I serviced my bike at a local garage as my nearest lexmoto dealer is over 50 miles away since our local one shut down during covid . I wouldn't mind if I could just go and buy another but I can't get one anywhere.

Reports from numerous owners I’ve connected with online reveal a laundry list of issues, ranging from engine troubles, electrical malfunctions, to subpar build quality. The dream of owning an economical bike swiftly turns into a nightmare as these faults rear their ugly head.

The alarming problem, however, is not just the presence of inherent faults, but the deafening silence from the company when it comes to providing support to affected owners. Numerous complaints to dealerships and the company itself have fallen on deaf ears, leaving owners without any recourse for repairs or replacements. I have asked for my complaints to be out to the CEO only to be told that they don’t want to be troubled with ‘day to day complaint issues’. This lack of responsiveness has caused many dealerships to abandon their association with Lexmoto, unwilling to deal with the mounting dissatisfaction and the fallout of frustrated customers.

In emails, the company's acknowledgment of these quality issues only adds insult to injury. Instead of taking swift action to rectify the problems and reassure their customers, Lexmoto seems to want to turn a blind eye to the growing discontent.

The inherent faults and lack of support for owners are not just minor inconveniences; they pose significant safety risks and financial burdens for those who invested in these motorbikes. I’be been stranded on the A19 many a time because the bike just stopped; this is a busy road and it’s pure luck that there has not been a major accident! From a mere inconvenience to complete mechanical breakdowns, Lexmoto owners are left to bear the brunt of the brand's inadequate manufacturing and support practices.

Lexmoto motor bikes have squandered their potential and left a trail of disappointed riders in their wake. Dealerships are fleeing in droves due to the company's failure to address quality issues, and the lack of support for owners once these problems emerge is deeply disheartening. If you value your safety and investment, it's best to steer clear of Lexmoto and seek out other more reputable options in the market

Edit to the response below; my bike has been serviced. I have the records. The dealer is no longer associated with lexmoto. I will publish photos of their comments about the brand. The alternative that lexmoto signposted me to, in North Shields (bear in mind my bike will not start) has advised me that they too are no longer linked as dealers of the lexmoto brand.
Lexmoto; simply replying with unhelpful information does NOT constitute support!! 🤷‍♀️

Lexmoto have sent us to two dealers and both have told us they no longer support the brand due to customer complaints and lack of support. How did Lexmoto not know that these two companies were no longer working with them???

Because the bike was bought from a company that is no longer partnered with them they are refusing to support with issues the bike has - but it seems to me there will be a good few dealers who cease to be in their list!

Hi can anybody help me , I've just bought a lexmoto valiant , super little bike no problems , however it never came with an owners manual , can anybody point me in the right direction thanks

Bought a Titan 125 from a dealer. Kept up with every service. Had a plethora of issues including waiting weeks for parts after my bike was recallled and it cost me over £100 a week to get to work and back again. Now yet again i have more issues and can I go back to the dealer? No as they’ve closed down and the only three garages within a 30 mile radius refuse to deal with lexmoto unless you bought the bike from them as all three garages have agreed they’re a pile of Chinese tat. (They’re words not mine). How do I fix my bike?? Without travelling 40 miles? Also this has been flagged for containing illegal content? There is nothing in my review that is untrue and the reply from Lexmoto shows they are happy to not address the issues with their products which require me to find a garage to fix them. You can’t flag a review because you don’t like the content. Freedom of speech is allowed and Trustpilot should realise this and not hide what the business owners don’t agree with.

Love this bike. However there is a small detail that is unsatisfactory, the Voge tank emblems are peeling and it did this from day 2 of my ownership. The supplier P & A Motorcycles Ltd of Widnes have tried to get me a replacement emblems but Voge UK have not provided such and suggested to glue them down. I'd prefer to have a new emblems and not run the risk of glue damage on the tank .

I bought two Lexmotos brand new for my sons, one is a 125LXS and the other is the naked 125, I forget the name. Both have been excellent but the LXS has a very bad design fault with the stand. Basically it is too erect meaning putting it down on anything but absolutely flat ground risks it toppling over. I think this is an inherent issue as the left hand handlebar bracket is always out of stock. Last night it was parked on almost flat ground and my son stepped away from the bike and it toppled before he could catch it, now needs a handlebar bracket, clutch lever and the gear shifter is bent. The bike was off the road for three months after a light accident in October broke the left hand side handlebar bracket and it was out of stock for three months! He couldnt ride the bike and he effectively lost 3 months worth of insurance (£1600 for the year)
Parts for these bikes have generally been good apart from this bracket.
I really need Lexmoto to come up with a fix for this stand issuer on the LXS, Please help!

I have Lexmoto LSM 125 it’s 2022 model . I am facing problem that is speed gets drop automatically . This happens when shifting gear . Speed comes to zero . Then again need to start from zero

I brought lexmoto enigma 125.second hand 8000miles. 69plate.2-3year old. The frame snapped as I was driving on the roundabout over a small pot hole. My bike now is in 2 parts just just plastic and wires holding. I never knew mopeds can do that. Never buy an other lexomoto again.

The bike is gorgeous. Looks like a 600. Love it. My friend and I both bought one, mine had issues with the HT lead in rain cut out engine, 350miles, shop fitted upgraded ones no probs. His had same lead issues, he has a prob with gear selector sensor now it's not reading correct gear on dash, shop said sort it on next service no probs, 2 yr warranty, shop has been great. Superbikes of derby. Would recommend. I always look at bike and think little stunner. Accept it for what it is and enjoy it, best looking 125 out there. I'm buying a bigger bike when pass test but this is going to be my commuter, great on fuel well over 80mpg. I would like to add the superbike shop in derby went above and beyond by picking my mates bike up and fixed at no cost to themselves and it was 0ver 20miles.

Everything fine..told real truth about product.no real negative comments necessary as item is perfect for my use
