Liberty - Abigail Monk レビュー

Abby was amazing throughout a difficult sale and finance process. Never missed a beat even when she was out of the country for holidays! An absolute pleasure to deal with

I can’t recommend Abby highly enough. What a journey and what a bounce back!

After going through a pretty challenging period trying to get things across the line, Abby never gave up. She stayed persistent, kept looking for solutions and continued working through every hurdle that came up.

What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was just another application. Abby genuinely cared about getting a good outcome and kept me informed and supported throughout the whole process.

To go from feeling like things weren’t going to happen to finally getting a great result was such a relief. I’m extremely grateful for all the work Abby put in behind the scenes.

If you’ve had setbacks or think finance might be difficult to obtain, I’d definitely recommend speaking with Abby. Persistence, professionalism and a genuinely great person to deal with. Thank you Abby!

Always in communication. Never backs down

Thank you Abigail!
I’m very grateful for the support and guidance I received from you! Thank you for such a great experience!

Clear, friendly and prompt direction throughout the process.

Abby has done several applications for me now and every time has never been declined. She fights to get me over the line. She has excellent judgement as well because if an application is unlikely to be successful she has good judgement and we plan when the best time is to apply. Thanks for helping me on my property journey Abby!

We’ve purchased a home and refinanced twice with Abigail, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Every step has been smooth and efficient, with exceptional communication throughout. We’ve saved so much money and truly appreciate the knowledge and guidance Abigail always shares. Thank you so much, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our loans!

We had the wonderful fortune of being introduced to Abigail Monk through our accountant.
After many attempts through different avenues we contacted Abigail at Liberty.
Abby was the one who through her open minded and professional attitude was able to help us achieve our goal of home ownership.
She never faltered once and was honest with us from the beginning. She would always reply to an email or message.

Abigail was outstanding during the entire process. Her attention to detail and exceptional service make her the greatest broker we have worked with. My wife's family was also assisted by Abigail, who accomplished a feat they didn't think was possible.
