Alan is fabulous to deal with. This is the second time we have used Alans expertise in refinancing. On both occasion he has made the whole process seamless, making sure he gets a complete understanding of our requirements before seeking out the best options for us. We have had the pleasure of Alan Casey’s help for a couple of house moves over the years. Alan has always been a professional, personal and hands on broker. Alan held our hands through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and he understood that I found the whole selling and moving stressful so he went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything and took the time to reassure and explain the process when I didn’t understand. He was always available to contact. I would highly recommend him to anybody thinking of a home loan! Initially, Alan was introduced to me by my work friend due to Alan’s exceptional service and deep industrial knowledge. After a few phone consultations, some of them on Saturdays too, I decided to work with Alan for my first home loans. As a first home buyer, there were lots to research and many silly questions, Alan was there for me to hold my hands and walked me through every steps. Even with my conveyancer part, some procedures were not clear but I wasn’t able to get clarified with my conveyancer. Not everyone is as responsible as Alan is, I have to admit. However, Alan went for extra miles to explain to me the conveyancing procedure and what to expect onwards. I was ensured and grateful for his help. Now I just paid my first month mortgage and experienced the full cycle of getting a home loan and start to pay for my regular mortgage each month. Everything is on the track. I can’t thank more for Alan’s help. Looking back, Alan is always on his emails or mobile, he is reachable, responsible and efficient to get work done. I had a great experience. Alan is such an asset to the company!
