Ben at Liberty provided outstanding financial service support assisting us with refinancing our home loan. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on achieving the best outcome. Ben was absolutely fantastic throughout what was a complex settlement involving court ordered consent orders, multiple debt payouts and a property transfer. From start to finish he went above and beyond — always responsive, explained every step of the process clearly and proactively coordinated between myself and the conveyancer to ensure everything ran smoothly. When issues arose with timing and documentation he handled everything calmly and efficiently without me having to chase anything. Settlement completed on time and all disbursements were processed same day as promised. Ben made an incredibly stressful process feel manageable and I genuinely could not have done it without him. Would highly recommend Ben without hesitation to anyone navigating a refinance or complex mortgage situation. If you want someone you can trust and rely on in telling you now, this man will have your back and get you what you need. I’ll never go to another broker other than Ben.

Ben was excellent.
He was ahead of where the finance was all the way, making sure we were kept informed and even following up with the bank when he thought things were not happening as quickly and seamlessly as they should.
