Our situation wasn’t completely straightforward, as I had previous defaults on my credit history, which made me quite nervous about whether we would be approved. From the very beginning, our broker was reassuring, knowledgeable and completely transparent about our options. He took the time to understand our circumstances, guide us through everything and find a lender that suited our situation.

He also went above and beyond it helping more than my conveyancer in securing a sale for our new place.

Ben was absolutely fantastic throughout what was a complex settlement involving court ordered consent orders, multiple debt payouts and a property transfer. From start to finish he went above and beyond — always responsive, explained every step of the process clearly and proactively coordinated between myself and the conveyancer to ensure everything ran smoothly. When issues arose with timing and documentation he handled everything calmly and efficiently without me having to chase anything. Settlement completed on time and all disbursements were processed same day as promised. Ben made an incredibly stressful process feel manageable and I genuinely could not have done it without him. He was ahead of where the finance was all the way, making sure we were kept informed and even following up with the bank when he thought things were not happening as quickly and seamlessly as they should.
