Ian made purchasing our house very easy and ran smoothly. He spoke in simple terms which we understood and was patient with us when we needed to obtain information .

I was told by 2 other brokers that I had a poor credit rating and would struggle to finance a loan even with a secure, government job. Ian was consistent with his communication that he was confident I would not only find finance but that the finance would be competitive. He followed through and I was successful in securing a great package. Ian was open to contact at any time and responsive which was reassuring throughout a stressful process.

Blown away by efficiency!
Ian did a fantastic job helping us secure two loans for our primary place of residence and an investment property. I am self-employed which always presents obstacles when applying for finance, but Ian made the process simple and incredibly efficient. Thank you Ian!

Ian was Awesome
When we bought our first home we didnt go through a broker and done the whole lot ourselves. And what a nightmare that was. Phone call after phone. Then once it was all finalised we ended up with a pretty high interest rate.
After talking with some people about a second home, one collegue mentioned he went through a broker to buy his first home and how much of a breeze it was going through Ian.
I gave Ian a call and we organised a meeting. Ian explained everything well and gave me a clear understanding of how it all works. He was so easy to deal with and answered all my questions. He got us a very good interest rate and also remortgaged our current home and it was such a breeze.
And now here we are a few months later and our house is already underway.
