Joel was excellent to work with, he worked hard to secure us the best rate possible for refinancing to suit our financial plans and goals; making the process very easy for us and quick. Communication was always returned within short timeframes to answer any questions we had, and option of zoom meetings made it more flexible to secure meetings. His broad knowledge was very helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!
