I originally contacted Kim in September 2018 to see if we could refinance our home Loan. She was recommended by a family member who had just recently used her services.
Because the market was terrible, and we had no equity and we were unable to refinance at that time. But that did not stop Kim in trying to help us. After 1 year and 2 months, Kim had some much-awaited good news. We could refinance with another lender.
