Mark has always been great to deal with, we have used him twice as our broker now when buying our first home and our new home. He is always happy to answer any questions and makes the whole process so easy and worry free!

He systematically went through the process with me and went to the extremes as to jump on the train to personally deliver forms that were lost in the Mail. Mark was amazing, I had been working via long distance with a mob in QLD and they were stuffing me around for months and non-responsive. I was then recommended Mark by someone in Ballarat. I went and saw Mark on a Sunday and walked out of there a few hours later and everything was all done. Mark is super reliable and gets it done! I often drive past Mark's office and he is always working no matter what time of day!
