I was lucky enough to know have known Michael since university but it is still daunting to bare your financial soul to a specialist like him and await their take on whether you are a lending proposition or not. With Michael's guidance, I was able to start saving and pull together a meaningful deposit in just 15 months on one income.

After 13 months, we commenced the application, proceeded to submission and gained approval; just a few weeks' later I am now a property owner with a home loan from a big 4 bank without stamp duty or LMI, and just enough left over to furnish my new purchase.
