Me and my partner have decided to buy our first home. But my partner visa was not eligible with most lenders. At one stage we really lost interest and decided to go for land plus home package which will normally take a 14-18 months to settle[Thought this will provide us enough time so that my wife will get PR during this time]. As a last try we applied to Liberty. 2-3 days later I got a call from Sandra. She was having a thorough knowledge and gave us the confidence to apply. She put our application through Commbank. We went through Pre-approval and full approval. She was very supportive and very quick in replying to our queries.
