Responsive, informative, and a calming, steady hand
I don't know how we would have done it without Sarah. Despite having financed several homes before, we had no idea how to navigate finance on our new home under different circumstances. We had just started a new business, and there are lots of hoops.... During the process, a few things went wrong in the world, not least the first ever global lockdown. There were moments of feeling overwhelmed, but Sarah guided us through the process with small variations for lockdown, and ultimately led us to a loan we are pleased with. In addition, she helped make it possible to get an earlier settlement at short notice. With Sarah steering, the Liberty team were responsive and delivered under less than ordinary circumstances.

Excellent Service
Sarah provided excellent service from start to finish.
From the initial consultation where she listened to our story and financial position to finding the best product to suit out requirements.
Sarah was extremely helpful with ensuring all relevant documentation was supplied to during the application process in a timely manner which avoided unnecessary delays.
Would definitely recommend Sarah and use her services again in the future.

Sarah clearly understood my financial…
Sarah clearly understood my financial needs very quickly and offered me plenty of options. Initially there were a few too many submissions, but after we'd eliminated those that didn't fit my criteria I am thankful that Sarah was able to find other options.
