I was new to the whole world of commercial loan processing and was looking at picking up my first commercial investment property. I was referred to Saurabh Varma by a friend, and I cannot thank my friend enough.

Post my first conversation with Saurabh, where I explained my situation and need, he ensured that I was guided through the whole process while getting my loan successfully processed.

He is very prompt, always reachable to clarify your queries, has deep knowledge of commercial loans and its nuances and was exceptionally good at keeping me informed at every step, while navigating the challenges that the bank was throwing at him. You cannot ask for a better professional than him.

I had started recommending him during my loan processing itself and will continue to do it in the future. He is 'the man', if your looking for a commercial loan for yourself !!!

I have been to many mortgage brokers and everyone gave me a false hope of getting our loan approved which affected our credit score in the worst way possible until we met the right person for the Job.

Not only did Saurabh took up our case but was also mentoring us on the loan application in a step by step manner which gave us more insight on the bank’s applications process.
