Easy to use website and quick delivery. A great shop.

The instructions were very clear. I had a wobbly connection at one point and emailed for assistance. An incredibly prompt and helpful reply solved it, but I could have easily ordered a replacement part if needed.
Lights work well and look pretty good.

I have used light my bricks several times and they have some fantastic products and there customer service is second to none, will definitely be using them going forward

Problem solved.
I had an issue with my power bank source, that was supplied by light my bricks.. After following the help from the customer support team, I thought I had a issue with the circuit, I found out it wasn't my light circuit it was the power bank. The customer support team, Dean and Rachel were extremely helpful.
And a new power bank is on its way.
I Highly recommend light my bricks as a great company to purchase from and bring your builds to a different level.

Light my bricks uk are brilliant, had an email with my birthday gift of 2000 points but couldn't find them on my account. Sent an email to them and very quickly responded that i had 2 accounts; EU and UK. Milo offered to amalgamate the accounts and discovered i had over 9000 points! I was utterly delighted and can't wait to spend them on the new lighting system! Thank you Light my bricks and Milo!

Received some great customer service from Dean! He quickly got to the bottom of the issue and sent out a replacement part. It was here in no time and very happy with the finished article. The lighting was very well thought out and looks great!

Had some wonderful advice and customer service from Rochelle, who helped me with any queries I had about the lighting kit for the Rivendell set. Looking forward to the upcoming Barad-Dûr kit!

Can be expensive so would wait for a sale to buy, but otherwise good value since product is very high end.

I was slightly worried when my son said he wanted to spend over £100 on lights for his Daily Bugle!! He is autistic and Lego is his calming strategy, so I hesitantly agreed. Well, I was very impressed in the final outcome!! The delivery was quick, and the instructions clear. One light wasn't working, but he decided that it didn't matter, but I'm sure it would have been replaced if we had asked. He is now saving up for the lights for the Dr Strange Mansion and the Avengers Tower!!!

Lego Star Wars Millennium Falcon 75257.
Absolute stressful nightmare installation experience! Bought as a present for my two young sons. I carefully followed the instructions and found that the weight of the battery pack is too heavy for the connectors/cables causing three of the individual wires to detach (unsolder?) from the connectors making two of the first 3 connected lights not work. Didn't bother continuing the installation and ended up stripping all installed light kit parts back out again which not only disappointed my two children but left me heavily out of pocket. The instructions stated to connect the battery pack to test the lights but should then state to disconnect the battery pack due to the fragile components not able to withstand the weight of the battery pack should it slide around during the fiddly installation. I now don't know whether to attempt to re-solder the wires back onto the connectors or whether that task would be almost impossible for me due to the fiddly . For the moment I'm going to leave it for a while as I've had enough of it! I will add that the delivery, packaging and initial product quality all seem good but the good experience ends once the installation starts!
