Although the order was received damaged probably in transit it was immediately rectified and am now awaiting it's replacement First class customer service from Light4Fun

Didn't receive the item! Didn't receive an email to inform me that I wasn't receiving the item, I went on the website to see an update on my order that it was 'too large' to be shipped!! Sent an email to the company and have still not received one. Not even received a refund.
Never received reindeer. Still awaiting lights4fun to either deliver before Christmas or refund. Will never buy anything from them again.
Excellent! Very attractive and a nice size.
