Helped clear a default due to a misunderstanding with goodwill even though it was my fault (set up the wrong dates).

I was approved £1000, they asked for bank statements for the last 3 months, I sent them the statements and they then said it wasn't enough proof, so I sent them the last 4 months, they still said it wasn't enough. So in the end I cancelled the application. Totally useless.

Can't fault them. I have a poor credit history and saw the offer of a loan which would have been really useful at the time. I applied not expecting to get it, but they did and the process was quick and faultless. I felt it was affordable to me and to be honest, the total repayable is very good for my credit rating (about £270 in interest for a 1k loan over 12 months)

Fastest loan company, processed everything so fast.

Paid my loan off in full early 2 weeks later they message me saying I missed a payment. I’m stunned because I’m like impossible I’ve paid it off in full. So I go onto my account online and it still says I owe £900 I double check my bank and see the money did leave my bank and never came back in. When I rang they admitted they received the funds. 3 months later they are still chasing me for payments and threatening bailiffs. Joke of a company if you can see I’ve made the payment clear it off the account. Ruining my credit score that I’ve worked on so hard rebuilding. Shocking company avoid at all costs

These companies say they can help people with bad credit, but then turn you down because didn’t pass the credit check, how will you pass a credit check if you have bad credit, shouldn’t be allowed to advertise helping people with bad credit.

Stay away from loan companies like this, it's not worth it. These types of loan companies are very expensive. If you haven't got good credit I wouldn't bother.

Straight forwards process for accessing the credit . A hard search will be made on you , so think well before to apply, be sure you will be able to pass it .
