I found the person who helped me (Jonathan)was very courteous and understanding about our situation and got things moving very fast. I am so thankful they got the watch mended and back to us very quickly.

We love this product! It has allowed our son to have some independence but also security for us as parents. Also, they are very helpful with any issues or questions.

I've had this watch for 4 months for my 4 year old. It cracked by the strap and now is unusable. The website stated that they had a 1 year warranty, but they said my daughter damaged it, so they won't fix or replace it. It's marketed to children! As it is, I've had to replace the screen protector monthly. They should have a case available for purchase! They offered for me to buy another one (open box) at a reduced price, but these people aren't getting another cent from me! The location barely worked most days anyways, but this cost me almost $400 with a year-long data plan which I can't even use now!

I wanted to support a Canadian company when looking for a gps watch for my special needs daughter. Unfortunately, lil tracker has a bad product. The interface is very outdated, slow and difficult to navigate. The watch is way too big and heavy for a child. The biggest problem is the cellular service will not connect making it useless outside of the home. I hate to say it but just get an Apple Watch. We, unfortunately, missed the return window. If you’re looking at reviews because your device is not working as expected, don’t wait, don’t replace and don’t try to fix it, you will only be disappointed. Get your money back ASAP.

I purchased the LIL TRACKER watch for my son several months ago with the hopes of being able to communicate and keep in touch when not together.

When I first received the watch, I did have an issue with its connectivity so I reached out to the support team and Adam was the gentleman who got in touch with me. We went back-and-forth over several emails and conversations trying to troubleshoot the issues I was having, but unfortunately was unable to resolve the problem.

Adam willingly offered to exchange the watch for me and pay for half the shipping cost for me to send it back.
Because Adam didn’t want me to be without a device, despite the fact that the one I had was only working intermittently, he let me keep it until my new watch arrived so I could still somewhat use it with my son. I thought that was very kind and trusting on LIL TRACKER’s part.

The second watch I received has been working much better and Adam’s customer service has been absolutely excellent and top-notch. He has gone out of his way to make sure that things are running smoothly, offering his continued support whenever I need it.

if I did have to critique the watch or have anything negative to say it would probably be that the watch in my opinion is a little bulky. So if a young child or older kid is using it, it’s a little clunky, but other than that the watch performs quite well.

Thank you again, Adam for your support and walking me through the watch set up every step of the way. I truly appreciate your time, care, and patience, while resolving these issues.

I would recommend LIL TRACKER in the future.

Bought the Lil Tracker as a gift to my son for Christmas. He has schizophrenia and wanders off so I wanted to be able to track him. I could not get the watch to connect to the network or provide tracking. Jonathan was very helpful and after about an hour of trying things I thought he had resolved the issue. Some time later before I boxed it up to wrap I tried it again and the issue of not connecting to the network or being able to track or connect to the watch was still happening. I finally gave up and asked to return the product, but had an issue with USPS not accepting it. When I asked for further instructions on making the return I was told it was no longer returnable (beyond 30 days). Considering this was a Christmas gift I'm very unhappy being told that I can not return the watch because it was a week beyond their return window. Had the watch worked I wouldn't have asked to return it at all.

We had a problem with our first watch, we contacted customer support (Johnathon & Adam). We determined I needed to send it back for further investigation/testing.

They were happy to replaced the watch and provided extra support. We have now ordered 2 more watches with screen protectors and locking wristbands.

The locking watchband arrived with bent pins and the lock not working.
They want me to pay to return it, pay for a new one.
It would end up costing me $68.73 for their defective band that was originally $24.99

Don't give this company your money!

We love knowing our son can contact us wherever he is if needed, and the customer service has been amazing!

All 3 of my kids have used a Lil Tracker watch and I would highly recommend them. They have given my kids more freedom to travel the neighborhood with their friends while ensuring we know where they are and can get in touch with them if needed. They are also really helpful in ensuring they make it home before dark each night. Customer service has also been excellent!

I'm from the UK. Location doesn't work outside my home and Gives me locations all over the place, in Europe and America not just UK. I am going to return the item once I have saved the £25 postage it costs.

Whilst all other items work on this phone I wanted it for tracking.

The seller would like me to include that they have managed to make it work inside my house and have spoken to try and fix the problem several times. They have informed me I can return the product at a cost (they only accept royal mail international tracked which is approximately £25) to myself and they will then refund me.

Hopefully this has rectified their complaint that my review is defamatory.

We got Lil Tracker watches for our kids starting first grade — and it’s honestly a lifesaver! 🙌 Super convenient: I always know where they are, we can call and message each other, and it gives me peace of mind knowing they’re safe and connected.

Special thanks to Jonathon Boyd from support — I’ve never seen help like this before. He was always available, answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and was so patient. Thanks to him, everything works perfectly.

Awful. Won’t work on any carrier except their own SIM card plans. I have even switched carriers to try and get this to work. My disabled daughter needed this for school to keep her safe. She wanders and runs off. The company won’t help rectify, and won’t let me return it. They won’t help at all, and I cannot afford to get something that will work without sending this one back. Their own plans that they are trying to push on me are awful and not enough to support the usage.

I bought the Lil Tracker watch for seniors for my 80 year old Dad. It's easy for him to use, so he can pick-up a call from me from anywhere. It has a GPS locater which I can access from my phone through the app. He has fallen a couple of times and the watch calls me automatically so I can check on him. And now that heart problems have also arisen for him, and we can monitor his heart-rate. Highly recommend this watch for ALL seniors and their loved ones. Piece-of-mind For Sure!

The watch worked as advertised. I also recently ordered the new Pro X model and it came with improved display and camera resolution with other OS features. What made the experience even better was Adam D who went above and beyond with any issue I ran into. Mainly the phone carrier I choose which worked flawlessly once I figured out the process to get it running. Again great reputable company led by a competent owner.

Jonathan was really great to deal with, he helped me to update settings in my kids watch and switch from 3G to 4G network, the watch itself is a great product. I cal always track my son via GPS and there are many other cool features in the watch like remote picture and sound Gaurdian. Highly suggest this watch.

We have a watch for my 10 year old. We do like the watch. We wish it was Waterproof but works well. Great customer service.
