Bedding was delivered on time. We are very happy with the quality of the products.

UNREEEEAL feeling linens. Delivery and quality are 5/5. Never spent this much on bed linens before, but with the right quilt (100% goose down), it's like being wrapped in a silky cloud! Get some! Even if you can't afford it like me!

A great company to deal with. The website is easy to navigate, easy to order and good communication throughout.

I have received a patronising reply from their team via email saying the quality is the same and I just need to wash them more. Washing the sheets will not change the weight or thickness of them. Looking at some videos and photos I think I have been sent the wrong sheets. It is possible I have received the cotton percale sheets and not the sateen.

I own linen bundle sheets from a couple of years ago and the quality is fantastic. When it came to ordering new ones I didn’t hesitate but to choose linen bundle again.

However, I didn’t realise they had been acquired by Bedeck until I got the confirmation email. This should have been a warning sign.

Ordered the ‘luxe sateen’ set and it arrived with no packaging on the duvet cover- just chucked in the box, and the quality is very poor.

The sheets are thin and scratchy and the handle is nothing like previous sheets I’ve bought. The pillow cases feel so rough against the skin and they are horrible to lie on.

Save your money, they are drastically overpriced for what they are. £160 for a king duvet set that is this quality is a total rip off.

(Also the free candle is a gimmick- it’s also horrible quality and smells cheap)

Avoid. There are much better sheets on the market for this price.

Have already two sets of this impressive bedding but needed a replacement fitted sheet due to accidental tears. As ever great smooth feeling sheet

Good quality product. Arrived on time. I have ordered the same product previously and would recommend it.

***UPDATE*** after being encouraged to contact customer services by Ana, I have still not resolved the issues and am being told that my laundry detergent has somehow caused the scratchy sheets, even though I have been told numerous times to wash for a month (which I did) and they would soften, which they didn't. Linenbundle is saying they agree the sheets should not feel like this but that this is somehow caused by me? This is truly very disappointing, especially after I left the first review, I was told this would all be rectified... Just don't buy sheets from these guys. I have no issue if there was a flawed batch or something, but to blame me for this is totally ridiculous!

The quality has sadly really gone down and they won't do anything to help me! The sheets used to be so beautiful and soft and now feel scratchy and not premium. when I compare our linenbundle sheets from a year or two ago they are not even close to the same quality. Really sad that the customer service was shockingly bad when I did complain.

No ha llegado el envío. No solo uso estas sábanas, sino que varias amigas las usan por mi recomendación, pero va a hacer 20 días del encargo y pago por lo que no puedo recomendar la compra.

Beautiful duvet set, the quality is superb, the best thing was the thick elastic on the fitted sheet, it tucks the sheet under nice and tight, I have a deep mattress and topper and it fit perfectly and didn’t move all night

I love linenbundle satin duvet covers. So luxurious . I usually buy one when it’s on sale as they’re pretty expensive.

I bought a bath sheet 3 years ago and used it for the first time then washed it. It has come apart at the seam. Pillow cases have frayed. Apparently they don't have customer online order refs so tough luck.

I was very disappointed with my experience.

This company positions itself as a premium/luxury brand, but the towels I received were far from that standard. The quality is noticeably poor, they are very thin, not particularly soft, and overall feel cheap compared to what you would expect at this price point.

What made things worse was the return process. There is no proper system in place: no prepaid label, no simple instructions, and no support to manage the return. As a customer based in the EU, I was left to organize and pay for international shipping back to the UK myself, which can be quite expensive and inconvenient.

Overall, the experience does not match the brand’s positioning. I would not recommend buying from them, at least not towels.

Some stuff I ordered wasn’t in stock, they emailed me asking if I wanted to cancel the order or stick with what was left, but they cancelled it before I could reply. Not sure why they didn’t offer or mention different colour options for the bath sheets I wanted. Also, it took several days before they told me what I ordered wasn’t available. Not sure why they’re advertising stuff if it’s not in stock.

Foarte urâtă ,după așteptarea lungă de 2 săptămâni a ajuns comanda fara un cearceaf ,deci lipsea un obiect din comanda mea .
Am sesizat firma și mi se a spus că este o greșeală și că o să îmi trimită bani înapoi la care eu am rugat să mi se trimită din coșul meu de cumpărături care era pregătit să îl.platesc ceva de acolo ,un cearceaf asemănător la culoarea celui netrimis .
Mi sa spus că nu se poate deci trageți dumneavoastră concluziile și că sa fie și mai și în coșul care era pregătit să îl plătesc factura ieșea mai mare cu 35 de euro,deci altă fraudă
În concluzie se pun păcat pt ei că lenjeriile sânt foarte ok că material și le recomandasem la multe colege de muncă însă la domeniul marketingului mai trebuie să lucreze că își pierd clienți
