Customer service is no good at all! I did return an item, sent them an email and no reply at all! If you need customer service you are in trouble .

Love these bed sheets. Such excellent quality. The fitted sheets have deep sides to easily stay on the bed without bunching or springing back

Got an emperor sized duvet cover and pillows. It is so difficult finding a retailer that does the emperor size with anything other than just a plain duvet cover.
The feel of this cover is lovely it just 'feels' good quality.

Ordinarily I would score Linen Bundle 5, but on this occasion I was expecting to receive free gifts, a throw which didn’t arrive and 2 pillowcases which they said I wasn’t entitled to, which was contrary to the advertisement. Really disappointed with the way I was treated, especially considering I’m a regular customer.

I always love your stuff. But you didn't have the same colour pillowcases as the sheet and duvet colour. (it was for a gift) So that was a bit disappointing. But not the end of the world, but that's why I've given it 4 stars. It would have been 5 otherwise. Thank yo for making beautiful products. ❣️🙏❣️

Quick delivery and excellent quality

The quality of bed linen is superb and feels so soft and comfortable - really beautiful. There was a good selection of colours and the goods arrived in excellent condition and well packed. I was able to track my parcel and it arrived within a couple of days which was really fast. I would highly recommend percale.

The price and quality of the products are high.
I love that there are labels at the inside of the mattress covers telling which’s the long side and the short side.

More than dissapointed. I chose medium but they are soo soft, my head was wrapped in the pillow, it was like there was no pillow at all.
In my opinion not fit for purpose..for me. Even using 2 it made no difference.
Money down the drain. The fabric and bag, excellent quality.
I'll pop them on a Facebook free site.

Sadly the bed linen was not of great quality. I have had bed linen from you in the past which was super, but these sheets were thin and see through. I was very disappointed in them. Service was very good
