LinITX レビュー

Only started using recently and have been impressed with the quality of service and professionalism.

Great service despatched next day first class post.

Very good customer service - helpful on the phone, quick delivery and item was great quality. Would use again 100%.

A good supplier for networking, wireless and WISP "stuff", fast and reliable, with very good and skilled internal technicians for the support.

Have used Unifi Kit in the past, easy enough to setup

LinITX offer good service and support. Product knowledge is good. Stock is readily available with good delivery times.

Support above and beyond
Not your average distributor

LiniTX is best IT supplier in UK. They went extra mile to help me configure new equipment I ordered with them. They dedicated their sources and time to help us. Absolutely amazing.

The staff at LinITX are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and as such are able to provide an exceptional level of support that you just wouldn't get with a consumer vendor or maybe some of LinITX's competition. For me that is critical for me to guarantee repeat business!

Honest advice and great service. These guys know their stuff and can be relied on.

Fast delivery and great communication on it's progress. Thank you so much.

Phone answered promptly by someone interested in answering my stock query. Online order processed and confirmed within minutes of my transaction and next day delivery. Based on this experience I will order again.

My favourite supplier for Wi-Fi equipment.
Detailed description on website, good prices and stock level, next day delivery and lots of order tracking info by email, even including the serial numbers of the parts to be delivered.

A team of experienced people who know their products. You phone, the call is answered quickly, you're directed to the best person to answer your query and the answers clearly are given with an in-depth background knowledge.

Ordered a a set of nano beams, as recommended for the job by jake, i was unsure of how these were set up, but jake was helpful and walked me through how to set it up ready to be used and installed

I have ordered 2 items now for LinITX (an M350 wall bracket in 2017 and a second HDD mounting bracket for the M350 in 2016). Both items arrived quickly (think was 2 days after ordering for both), the items were packaged well and no damage had occured. The items themselves were an exact fit for the case I have so overall very happy!

Excellent service. Good website, fast shipping and good updates via email as order progressed.

I've used Linitx a couple of times now for ordering network kit and embedded linux devices.

They've got a good range of products, the website is easy to use and I've always had good service from them.

They provide regular updates during the order/shipping process and the products are always well packaged when I receive them.

I have used LinITX for the past 7 years as our main source of all Mikrotik hardware. I also attended the Mikrotik training courses they run which were very good.

I can say I have never had an issue with them or the service they have provided during this time.
