Great letting experience from the Ripon team! Eleanor & Gill were rockstars from the first viewing to key handover. They were informed, and prompt with responses to any Landlord queries we had. Would fully recommend them and Linley & Simpson.

The team at Linley & Simpson have been fantastic to work with, really knowledgeable and friendly. Eleanor, Amy and Jill have all worked with us to market our rental property, and been responsive to any questions/queries raised by ourselves or prospective tenants. They have also kept us up to date and ensured we are in line with all the new legislation and legal requirements as landlords. A great team to work with.

With particular (and massive) thanks to Emma Mitchell who handled all the viewings on our house with ease, friendliness and professionalism ensuring to give us regular updates on our prospective buyers’ positions and offers. We were given adequate notice of viewings too which was much appreciated, having a 1 year old and a dog to organise.

House buying and selling is a very stressful process, but thanks to Emma, our stresses were kept to a minimum. I’m a firm believer that it doesn’t matter how fast or slow a house purchase or sale goes, the important thing is the communication and L&S definitely have this covered. For various reasons, we were keen to exchange before Christmas and thanks to Emma and the L&S team helping to facilitate the outstanding actions with the other parties, this was possible. Lindley and Simpson have provided excellent service. We had two properties to sell, one sold very quickly, but the other was an unusual property with a very small potential market. However, they never gave up and we are please with the final outcome. Emma was very helpful and even helped to organise an small repair that was required.
