Hype and no quality. Lisa is a great sales person, but unfortunately after trusting her sales pitch and hype and being disappointed with her products and recommendations I could not be induced to purchasing anything further.

Bought the black leather bag and it definitely doesn’t look the price paid for it. You have to leave the end of the zip sticking out in order to open and close the bag . Otherwise it sticks. I queried this with Lisa & Co and was told this was the way it was designed to be ! Not worth the money at all.

Unfortunately bought a number of items and while the packaging is very nice that's where the quality ends. PJ/dressing gowns are polyester and look like rags after 2 washes, scarf totally lost its shape before it was even washed. When I emailed customer service, each email was ignored. Its terrible to sell poor quality tat wrapped in nice packaging and ignore any complaints. Please don't waste your money, very misleading products.

I have Lisa’s sweatshirt,jumpers, shirts ,gilet, blazer and makeup brushes and the quality of each and every one of them is outstanding couldn’t but recommend them and the service Lisa supplied in her pop up shop was second to none

I bought sunglasses, very disappointed at the quality. Very cheap looking.
There was so much hype around them so I purchased. Lisa is a sales woman.. please don’t fall it.
Wish I could get a refund… not worth the price.

I also sent 1 single emoji…as a reply to one of her stories as what she was saying was unbelievable … and ‘Lisa lust’ blocked my account.

Absolutely horrendous jumper and sunglasses. Lisa is some sales woman, her stock is cheap looking, horrible material and sunglasses were out of shape.
No comeback as they had been taken out of packaging. Expensive lesson learned. Items brought in on slow boat from china and huge mark up..

I was excited to order products from an Irish company, well how wrong was I? A good friend kindly pointed out that the make-up brushes I purchased were on a chinese website for a fraction of the price. I also ordered the puffa coat which was a complete mess & am still waiting on a replacement. The tee-shirt I bought was no better quality then you would buy in any dept store & as for the sunglasses, what a joke? I could have bought better for less in my local pharmacy. My mum loves a good handbag so we ordered one, well all I can say after all the hype about it, it is nothing special at all, in fact my Mum hasn’t even used it as she thinks its cheap looking & she is very fussy about her bags. Very annoyed as this lady advertises the goods as being Irish made & the with the prices charged you would expect quality. Take my advise DONT be fooled by this ladys knack for selling. The stuff is all cheap imported with her label stuck on to it. How these people on instgram are getting away with selling imported rubbish & claiming that they designed it really needs to stop. Thats my experience & I certainly wont be taken in again.

Ordered a gilet and it fell apart along the top seam. It had never been worn. Initially thought someone at home ripped ir, by accident, but all deny. I brought it to a seamstress to be fixed, she mentioned she thought perhaps it wasnt well sewn in the first place.I contacted her and she was only concerned with contacting the seamstress because she was so upset that the quality of her product was questioned. I was not prepared to share this ladys no with her, as i was concerned that she would get an angry phonecall from Lisa. She said the gilet looked like it was ripped on a door handle, even though I said it had never been worn. No apology, no accountability.
Her puffa coats are all being replaced also, no transparency.
I fully expect to be blocked by her now, if she reads this, but I don't care as I will not be buying from her again.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have made an exception in this case. I have been a long time follower and was very excited when Lisa&Co was launched. I bought the perfume, jumper, scarf set, pyjamas, sunglasses, shirt and t-shirt. I trusted Lisa and wanted to believe in the brand, even though in reality none of the products lived up to the luxury hype. The quality is poor and doesn’t reflect the price – which is questionable as she regularly boasts about the millions her companies are making.

I have started to see through the disingenuous and constant selling, and I feel like I have been brainwashed and ripped off. Imagine after spending all that money I am now too embarrassed to be seen wearing the stuff. I feel bad for those women who are still sucked in by it all.

Been a sheep no more.. jumpers have pilled and €55 a pop. You get so caught up in the early newsletter. The pj gathering has all twisted and no refund. Bought the glasses chain and my specsavers one is better. I'm done supporting *Irish * it's not just the person behind. So disappointed. Love tosupport local but not this brand

Ordered the Aviators and silk PJs.
. The lenses on the glasses were sitting outside the frame when I opened the box and there were SO many loose threads on every component of the pjs. I wish I read reviews before placing my order but I fell for the sales banter. Don't you be fooled like I was. Shop where you know you will get value for your hard earned money. Earlier comments state Shein quality, ha ha I've gotten BETTER items from Shein than I got from Lisa Lust List Co. My refund was not processed efficiently either and I was told "It was a mistake on my end I've just confirmed and refunded it again, I had badly mistaken another Lisa's return for yours" how unprofessional, not acceptable. Poor quality, v poor service and appallingly made! If quality and value for money are what you are looking for then please keep looking.

Bought the glasses after all the hype. What a waste, bad quality, you'd be better off saving your money and buying a quality brand. She's a great saleswoman though.

’ll begin by saying I would never purchase off Lisa because I thinks she’s one of the worst for pushing just about anything she’s paid to promote and never uses or wears any of the stuff herself. However, I was gifted the puffer coat for Xmas. I’m a sideline mother and my sister thought it would be great because they’d shown it being held under a running tap and it was marketed as the warmest lightest coat in the history of coats.
Well when I opened the box, it was flat as a pancake. There was a tennis ball which you were told to put in the tumble dryer with the coat to puff it out, don’t know what you’d so if you didn’t own a tumble dryer. Anyway, did as instructed. It puffed up alright and it looked just like the ones I own already from Dunnes.
It started shedding feathers immediately, the seams were just not able to hold them in. Then it got wet. It most certainly wasn’t water proof or even water resistant or whatever the term is.
Next thing my sister had to do the call of shame to say it was being recalled. Well I was delighted because I didn’t know how to tell her that it was awful.
Don’t waste you money buying from this Charlatan. She is just a shopping channel. She would sell her soul to build her mansion. She’s blatantly ripped off every brand she’s ever worked with. I don’t know how she hasn’t been sued at this stage. She brainwashes her followers by working them into a frenzy, she said herself last week she has over 40 products, pick a late Lisa and try and build quality.

I bought a puffa jacket in navy.
Immediately noticed that the feathers were coming out constantly-they were left on car seats, on my clothes etc. very very poor quality. I then got an email to say the jackets were being replaced due to a quality issue. I didn't want another of these coats so I emailed and ended up getting a full refund instead. Good customer Service but an awful product. I would avoid any of these products from this company now

I purchased sun glasses and a very happy with the quality, I also purchased the blazer and it is a fabulous fit with very luxurious feel and fabric. Will definitely buy from her again

Purchased Lisa & Co perfume 'White for Her' Disappointment is an understatement. Terrible scent and completely overpriced. Don't waste your money

I bought the short black casual jacket for €69.95. I have only worn it a handful of times and zip has come away from side panel. Zip is completely frayed so not repairable. Extremely disappointed for this price point. Also its made in China. I thought I was buying an Irish product.

Bought the t shirts and jumpers as I thought quality was there nope pilled after first wash. The jumpers( striped) are 100% acrylic banned in alot of counties as highly flammable? High prices for clothes made in China.. No issue with price if delivered on quality but just another influencer riding on our stupidly

I asked about the four materials of the white t shirt and was immediately blocked.

I was going to buy the Puffer jacket but I found out I need a dryer and a tennis ball! Bought a nice one in Penny's and saved fortune!

I've ordered a number of items over the years advertised by Lisa. Some items have been lovely. But since I've ordered her brand I've been very disappointed. I first ordered the perfume - it's OK but not one I'd run back to, then ordered the pjs and sent them back - ok material but for the price I couldn't justify so sent them back, stopped buying anything after that until my sister got the glasses and I really liked them, missed out many times and finally got them in the last batch. They were shocking - everytime I opened them they creeked. Its like the glass is not set in right. Returned them. Bag launch - I decided I'd purchase this as she sold it so well on her stories and I love bags. It arrived and it does not have the amazing smell she's raving about, i love my designer bags and this is NOT up there with them. When you open the zip it opens too far and you hard to pull the end of the zip out of the bag and tilt sideways to zip it back. Never have I experienced with with any designer brand. On the inside you can see where the material is glued to inside of bag. I'm disappointed I got sucked into this purchases. And from now on I won't ve purchasing another item. Lisa is an amazing sales person and I was reeled. The bag is to me us only worry about 60euro. It's not luxury at all.
I would have given a review on her website but that's doesn't seem to be an option 🤷‍♀️
