Sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with the bins. We do advertise them as indoor bins, typically used in schools and offices so the lids aren't as secure as some of the other bins we sell specifically designed for outdoor use.

There was a problem with the suppliers of the bin we wanted, but we were quickly told about the issue and given a number of options including a refund. Although we were not able to get the bin we wanted, the personal service and speed of response and refund was excellent.

Good company to buy from
Ordered a touch-sensitive recycling bin for my kitchen, Service was great snd delivery was swift. Bin is great but unfortunately the battery compartment was missing. However customer service were excellent- no being held in a queue, spoke to a real person (Rosie who is very professional and very helpful)and it was confirmed that the missing component is being dispatched to me.
