Little Big Sports レビュー

Little Big Sports and Katie have been absolutely amazing - absolutely top class - at helping me navigate a selection of cricket and tennis feeding machines for my sport obsessed sons. Other firms try to get you off the phone, Little Big Sports take the time to actually listen and then advise, and follow on going many many extra miles throughout the process. Tremendous customer service and all with a smile, cannot recommend highly enough. I have passed on to other parents at my school, fantastic selection of sporting equipment and other items for sporty kids, I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much Katie for everything you did, really pulled out all the stops and I have two very happy kiddo’s with hours of fun and spare time for me ahead so we’re all happy! Merry Christmas and thank you so much!

Bought a Paceman S2 from Katie. Nothing is a bother, happy to answer all you questions with patients and respect. Superb company to deal with. Thank you.

Great service and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great company, I had an issue with returning an unwanted item and Katie went out of her way to sort it for me, she made everything hassle free. They have a wide variety of sporting good and we won’t hesitate to buy from here again.

An excellent business to deal with, very helpful and responsive. I would absolutely recommend to all and I would of course be a repeat customer.

Tech queries answered so effectively, if they don't know the answer they will find out!

I felt so much better buying from this business.

Communication was excellent-delivery on time. Wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Katie was so helpful and kind in locating a cricket bowling machine, needed urgently as a birthday present. She is so knowledgeable on all of the products which was a huge help in making my decision. And just 48hrs later, the goods arrived despite being OOS and the current delivery issues. Can't recommend her highly enough. This is now our one stop shop for all things cricket!

Katie and team were fantastic, great communication throughout as we had to wait a few days for stock to arrive and it was dispatched when she said. Great customer service and great prices.

Great service. After I ordered it, they contacted me with more information about it's delivery as they wanted to be sure I understood the timescale. When I was unsure about something, they were prompt in response and keen to help and seemed to have genuine good care and interest. Thank you

Just quite simply the best customer service I have had in some time. Not only did Katie know her stuff (as was demonstrated by answering questions that other online stores couldn't nor could the mighty power of google) but equally she could not do enough to help. With her assistance I was able to properly identify a specialist cricket bat for my young son and ensure that even without seeing the bat first hand that it was the right one for him. The bat arrived swiftly to say the least and in plenty of time for his birthday. Despite the heat he enjoyed a solid hour practicing last night and the bat as predicted is spot on. Don't waste your time elsewhere just come straight to Little Big Sports. Faultless.

Excellent customer support, product and delivery as promised. Looking forward to future purchases

Had an issue with a junior bowling machine which katie to ownership for and rectified very efficiently. This was a manufacturing issue but Katie owned all the way through. Great customer service.

First class company with excellent customer service. This company really knows it’s products so well and they can’t do enough for you as a customer. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent customer service and very quick turnaround. Bought a set of paceman balls and extra feeder trays for my bowling machine. Katie was very helpful and proactive over the chat function on the website. She fulfilled my order exactly how I wanted, very quickly and efficiently. I had placed the same order with another supplier and I had to wait forever to receive the goods. Not only did Katie fulfil my order within 1 day, she also offered the best deal which was very kind of her. Really happy with the services, honesty and quick turnaround. Will always look for Little Big Sports for all my future needs.

Fantastic, friendly helpful advice when I phoned up to discuss delivery details. So helpful. Little big sports will now always be my first option for everything they sell.

Excellent company. I always try and purchase from a family run business and am so glad I did. I purchased a feed buddy for my grandson at a really competitive price and it arrived within 48hours; even though there were delivery delays due to covid. I needed to call the customer service with an issue which totally my fault. They were nothing but polite and professional. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again and recommend.

We bought the family mini tennis set last summer. Super fast delivery, easy set up and very good equipment. Great fun by all, all summer long....apart from the neighbours who had to throw the balls back all the time!

Great communication, great running shoes, fast free delivery and a great price.

Would highly recommend.

Purchased a Concept 2 rower. I must say the communications and service was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again

This website is a gem! It has a great selection of good value equipment and, even better, Katie is super-helpful, both at providing advice and assistance on the different products, and then at ensuring that the payment, delivery and after-sales care is dealt with extremely efficiently. The goods I ordered arrived in record time, and in perfect condition, and I was kept fully informed of progress throughout. I have no doubt I will be back to stock up on other items soon.
