Excellent service
Had an issue with my first item, which the company was excellent with dealing with. Communicated promptly and sent replacement immediately, which arrived in perfect condition. There's lots of nice things on the website and because of the excellent service I will definitely purchase from this company again.

The company sent out some jars with mould marks and smell. Then sent e-mail saying that the replacement will be sent. This was never done.
Money not refunded and my messages being ignored.

I just wanted to follow up in case you may have missed our recent communications, as it’s starting to feel like your emails may be intended more for public complaint than resolution—so let’s break things down for full clarity:
1. The issue you reported regarding the jars was thoroughly reviewed. The marks present were not mould but residue from the washing process during manufacturing.
2. Despite this, we understood you were unhappy with our explanation and, as a goodwill gesture, we issued a replacement order.
3. This replacement was dispatched on 18th March 2025 at 9:51 AM, and tracking details were sent to your @yahoo.co.uk email address.
4. The parcel unfortunately appears to have been lost in transit, as the tracking failed to update—something you brought to our attention today.
5. Following your update, we immediately took further action. At 12:58 PM today, we sent you an email confirming that we have issued a refund and kindly asked that if the jars eventually arrive, you return them at your convenience.
6. The refund was processed via PayPal at 12:59:17 PM (Transaction ID: 8LS407673E054470R) for the amount of £14.40 GBP, and the transaction has been marked as completed.
We hope this clears everything up. If the replacement jars do turn up, we’d still appreciate it if you could return them as mentioned.

Great products and excellent customer service. I ordered a lot of bottles and jars from Little Crafts London and in all the time I've been buying only one jar arrived damaged. The team had it sorted in no time. Definitely gives your home that elevated feel. Love them.

I purchased a couple of brown glass bottles for washing up liquid and soap for the kitchen. They look great and they are pretty customisable. Very happy with the purchase and it came quickly, and would recommend to others.

The problem was acknowledged and checked with speed and communication at all stages. The wrong item is being collected at no charge from my home and the correct item is due today! 🤗
