Awful tricksters. Crafty by name, crafty by nature. I bought Plaster of Paris, advertised as: ‘BULK Box of 5 Plaster of Paris 2.5kg’’. The price was equivalent to 12.5kg with other companies. What I received was five 0.5 packs totalling 2.5kg. I checked the item on their website, and in the small print it does reference this. I feel tricked. It would cost too much to return it, but I wish I had read reviews- they are clearly sharks. Also, I paid extra for faster delivery, but they blamed delay on the Post Office. I see they have previous for this too. Terrible tricksters. I would leave zero stars if that were an option.

***edit in reply to their response***: They said they despatched my parcel on 11th November. I received it on 30th November. It had been sent Royal Mail 48hrs service. I told them they could claim their del charge back from Royal Mail and refund me. They refused. I also had to chase and chase for a refund on missing items. I posted this original review over seven months ago and they have only just responded. I think that tells you all you need to know about them.
Original review: Really slow delivery (19 days). I sent emails chasing and received standardised responses blaming The Royal Mail. When order arrived 2 items were missing, one was automatically refunded but I had to escalate a dispute for the other to PayPal for a refund (which I won), despite the company having written on the delivery note that they were out of stock. The products themselves are ok, average quality, although much smaller than expected. I won't be using this company again - you can get better products, faster delivery and better customer service at numerous other craft suppliers. All in all, rather unprofessional.

I ordered some Christmas Tree decorations, and although were delayed a couple of days due to the current situation, were perfect.

Will be using this company again. Very happy with the items received.

Ordered Christmas decorations on the 16th November, standard delivery - 3 to 4 working days. Regrettably I hadn't checked on here first.

A week later they had not arrived so I sent an email to them. They responded a day later saying that it had been dispatched and that the delays were with Royal Mail and not them. The order finally arrived this morning... 14 days later.

I really don't believe the delay to be with royal mail, I have had no issue with any other sender during these times, and have also had no issues when sending... Dorset to Brighton isn't far... And frankly I think it really unprofessional to blame another company for such a significant delay.

The frustrating thing is, the products were available on amazon... I purposely shopped elsewhere to support other businesses. Had I been made aware this would take 10 working days, I could have made an informed choice when making my purchase.

Instead I gave up waiting, I put up my Christmas tree at the weekend, and won't be using the decorations, despite them now arriving with the colour and quality as expected.

The issue I have here is the deception. If so many people on here are talking about delays to delivery, maybe there are issues with staff shortages, delayed dispatch time, whatever it may be, but be upfront with customers and say 10 working days for delivery and certainly don't put the blame on another company when it is clearly your fault.

I wanted to comment on my experience as I can see that there have been some negative reviews have been left about this company. Personally, my experience was brilliant. The price I paid for the products was competitive, the items were dispatched and arrived very quickly, and they were exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.

Slowest service. It’s been 10 days already and my order still hasn’t arrived. The responses I’ve received are either copy and paste (I received the exact same email twice) or just unhelpful. They won’t help at all and was told I have to wait 16 days before they will do anything. Won’t use again!

Ordered something and then quickly realised it wasn't the correct size for what i needed i emailed for a cancellation and they dealt with it so quickly and issued the refund very fast! Excellent customer service! Thankyou so much

My order arrived more quickly than expected. I had an issue with one item and it was resolved promptly. I was very pleased. All items were very good( fillers for home made crackers)

Parcel arrived all beautifully wrapped
And everthing I ordered has arrived
I was abit concerned because of the bad reviews that people had left
But myself have had all my order fulfilled

I had to write this based on all the negative reviews. I placed my first order with little Crafty bugs last week and my order arrived today. Given the postage delays just now I think this is great and my order is just perfect. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.

Made several orders with this company over the past couple of months after finding them at the start of lockdown (thank goodness!) and I've always been pleased with the quality of the items.

The felting kits are great, perfect to have ready for a rainy day. I have to stop myself from splurging too much at once, so my wishlist is getting longer by the minute! 😂

I was concerned when I saw some of the reviews on here however I received my order and it was great quality. I had a query about the delivery and received a response right away.

Badly represented items in photos, not what arrived at all. Cheap and flimsy. When contacted them, then had terrible customer service, sarcastic, unhelpful and rude. Will never shop here again and recommend people save their money! Brought goods elsewhere for much better service and quality!

Even in this pandemic I ordered on Saturday and was delivered in perfect condition Tuesday morning. Really can’t ask for better.

Awful company. Did not state the listings on the Paper Mache boxes I ordered and I had a screenshot as proof, they called me a liar and changed the listing!! I have no use for these boxes as they are sooo small and they refused to do anything about it or let me return them!

Good quality craft kits, just what I needed to keep me busy in lockdown. Sent a couple of kits to my Mum through the same company and she was very pleased with them too. Came packaged well and delivery time was good too, considering the current situation.

Absolutely AWFUL! Never received my order - communication was crap! DO NOT order from this company. Am stlll waiting for my items even though they are now of no use to me. Asked for a refund but nothing. AVOID!!!
