I am very disappointed with the serviceâŠ
I am very disappointed with the service from Little Formula. My order, placed on September 1, has been delayed until September 12 due to the lack of verification of the country of manufacture, and my inquiries have received no real response.
What frustrates me the most is the complete lack of prompt communication. As a customer, I feel ignored, and the delay is causing serious problems for my baby.

Hi,
We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this delay has caused you and your baby. We understand how important timely delivery is, and we regret that your experience has fallen short of expectations.
Please allow me to clarify: the delay was not due to inaction on our side, but rather to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, which have impacted all carriers and companies handling international shipments. All necessary paperwork was uploaded, but processes at U.S. customs were not running smoothly, which resulted in a backlog and delays.
That said, we take full responsibility for keeping you better informed. You should never feel ignored, and we are improving our communication so that customers like you receive timely updates whenever unforeseen issues arise.

Hi MJ,
I completely understand your frustration. Shipping delays have unfortunately been caused by the recent U.S. tariff and customs policy changes, which have impacted many international shipments. While these delays are outside of our control, what is within our control is communication â and I sincerely apologize that you did not receive the timely updates you deserve.

Hi Audrey,
We completely understand the frustration with delays. The current backlog is on the US Customs side due to new regulations and all necessary paperwork has already been uploaded.
All affected customers (including you) were informed by email and SMS and weâve now also reached out to you directly with an offer of a free reshipment.
Thank you again for your understanding â these delays are temporary, and we truly appreciate your patience. :)
