I bought my mobility scooter on the 10th September, and I fine it great as i have a few medical problems and find it difficult to walk long distances this scooter had made my life a bit more enjoyable

Bought for my wife. Rapid delivery. Good price. Wheelchair appears solidly built. Large wheels, cushioned seat give comfortable ride. Easy to fold. Rather heavy for loading into car boot but manageable. After advice from D.DeV. I acquired online a bracket that allows controller to be mounted at the back of the chair to allow carer to control. So far the battery capacity seems more than ample for our use.

Absolutely love the insta fold scooter, so easy to use. Fits nicely into my Vauxhall vectra boot. Wouldn’t recommend for off roading or doing doughnuts but spend for everything else!

I had no problem whatsoever in carrying out my purchase, the salesperson Tom was very helpful

Terrible company. My friend bought a scooter because she has terminal cancer which this company knows about we’ve had it for 60 days. The scooter has been driven 10 minutes down the road and back it’s still absolutely brand spanking new,My friend has been too ill to ride it. She drove it last week and the ride is terrible and gave her a bad back, she had to stop straight away. I’ve asked if we could go for a different scooter, with suspension, but they’re refusing, The scooter is still in mint condition. It’s been driven just down the road a bit,this companie has no compassion or understanding. I now have to go down the legal route.

Bought the Jaunt mobility-plus last year. Was great for one year then kept stopping and beeping.
Rang Livewell and they quickly arranged for engineers to come and take a look. They tried replacing the controller but it still kept stopping.
Rang next day and spoke to Karen who was very concerned and promised to send a brand new replacement! This arrived within a couple of days and works great, Thankyou!

I have not experienced such excellent Customer Service before.

Customer service is a joke. Received faulty powered chair. Was told collection had been arranged, then it hadn't, told would have to wait 10 days for collection then another 14 days for a refund.. Will not be using this company ever again.

Ordered a chair for my Dad and it really is excellent. While the hard product is good, their soft product is also great; the website makes choosing what you need really easy, including You Tube videos. Delivery was also faster than advertised which is most often very good. I’d definitely recommend!!

This is our third product from Livewell and each one has been as described and delivered in a timely manner. We had an issue with the mobility scooter and Karen and Martin were excellent in Customer Service wth a final resolve provided by Karen. Do not hesitate to buy from Livewell for an excellent product and totally efficient follow up service.

I am so happy with my purchase and being able to use PayPal makes life easier for me, the site is fast and easy to use I would totally recommend this company thanks again

This is a brilliant wheelchair so easy to put together

The online ordering was quick and easy. The instafold electric wheel chair is good quality, comfy and well packaged. Ordered Friday late afternoon and delivered Tuesday lunchtime on standard delivery. I wanted to buy a second because we were so pleased with the product, however they are now on pre order (stock due 24th Sept). I clicked for a call back and the response was within 5 minutes. Completed the pre-order purchase on the phone with a really professional and efficient call handler. Those who comment that its heavy are not looking at other similar chairs or the specification its clearly stated in the description and specification that its 25kg - 27kg with battery. So lighter than most electric wheelchairs.

Ordering from livewell was easy, I ordered the autofold Powerchairs by drive devilbiss. The delivery driver was superb and very kind to explain that the box was damaged and wasn’t his fault. The driver even said he would complain on my behalf.
I took the product because I needed a wheelchair due to health issues that impact my mobility. The chair has been fine for the first couple of months, but recently started to have issues with battery power not lasting as long after one charge. The foot plate scrapes the ramp when getting into the car. Then to top it off today the right side of the wheelchair broke. This is my only chair and I use it a lot. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from them again.

Very quick delivery with good communication. Strong but lightweight so easy to put in boot. Ribbed tyres make brakes a bit loud and jumpy when applied on a slope.

So many design flaws, I am going to return it. Too heavy to lift or pull along when folded. Switches to fold/unfold under edge of chassis, so I had to grovel on floor to operate. Footrests partly under seat, so my knees were fully bent (NOT adjustable). Pull along handle too short, so had to walk bent sideways to move the folded scooter. Backrest too low, and upright (Also NOT adjustable). If I was fit enough to use this scooter, I wouldn't need it!! Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Arrived promptly, Heavy despite lightweight tag 25kg! Great price compared to shop mobility scooters, price changes daily up & down!
Unfolds & folds easily with remote, however, the switch to operate autofold is on the base nr the floor! Comfortable seat, easy to manoevre, light battery. Leg & feet area very tight, I am 5'8" & could not put my heels flat in the feet area. Beware cost to return, parcelforce £90, others wouldn't quote due to size & weight of box! My sons business used FedEx. Livewell offered to collect for £50. Advised Refund process takes14 days! EBay reduced to 5 days.

Had a little hiccup regarding delivery times. They sorted it immediately. The powerchair seems to be great and I know it will give my mum a better quality of life.

I ordered a powered wheelchair last week it was delivered broken ! phoned them on Friday for a new part was told it will be with us on Saturday by a lady called Karen no part has arrived its now Monday no one has responded to my emails so I phoned again this morning and spoke to Jake who clearly needs to go on a disability awareness course as he clearly lacked empathy towards my mothers situation who is currently stuck in the house for the last 3 days and have now told to wait 24hours for someone to contact me !!! Disgusting customer care for someone who is disabled feel very let down by this company and the way Jake has handled my concern
